 + -1 moreHe came out the first time to fix the clock, when he left the clock was still not working, so he told me to adjust the clock then watch it to see if that would work. It was not working so I called to let him know. He said if he came out here he would have to take everything out and take it to the shop. I did not want him to come back out because he wouldn't work with the clock properly.
Description of Work: I had him out to repair my Grandfather Clock.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. VERY CONSIDERATE AND KIND. VERY REASONABLE PRICES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS WATCH REPAIRS.
Description of Work: NUMBER FELL OFF THE FACE OF MY WATCH, PREVENTING THE WATCH FROM RUNNING PROPERLY. OWNER PUT THE NUMBER BACK ON.

 + -1 moreWHEN I PICKED IT UP I NOTICED THREE THINGS THAT WERE DIFFERENT, IT HAD NEW HANDS, A SECOND HAND AND IT TICKED. HE SAID I'D GET USED TO THE TICKING AFTER ABOUT A WEEK AND CLAIMED ALL MECHANISMS TICK. WHEN I TOLD HIM IT DID NOT TICK BEFORE HE TOLD ME IT DID BUT I JUST DID NOT NOTICE IT. BECAUSE OF HIS ATTITUDE I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. ANOTHER CLOCK SERVICE SOLVED THE TICKING PROBLEM BY REMOVING THE SECOND HAND.
Description of Work: I HAVE A BATTERY OPERATED WALL CLOCK. THE BATTERY LEAKED ACID AND CORRODED. THEY REPLACED THE MECHANISM INSIDE.
