Description of Work: New sunroom. Project took forever to complete. Fence still not completed. Will be completed shortly. Project started in late May. They would start project, then go start another project, then come back,etc. Never knew when someone was coming back. Work though was excellent.

Description of Work: Added a floor level, 3 season porch to our brick ranch off of the back craft/guest room. Built on concrete piers, with cathedral ceiling w/ triangle windows and sliding doors w/ steps to back garden. Construction went well. We could have accepted a lower bid but we used Borchert's at our former address for a similar structure and the crews sent to do the work are craftsmen and the attention to detail is admirable. The personal attention from Ron (owner) a plus and not found with all companies. When we remodel our kitchen, we will certainly call Ron Borchert.
