+ -1 moreOverall it was painless. He showed up on time, did the job and even called the next day to see if there were any problems.
Description of Work: My boiler was not reaaponding to the calls for heat. Ken determined it was a combination of several electrical parts. He went and got them, installed them and it now works perfectly.

+ -1 moreThey did an adequate job. They were nothing special. They showed up on time. They did what they said they were going to do. The boiler is not performing according to specifications, but we think it as the fault of the boiler.
Description of Work: I used Boiler Specialists to calibrate the combustion on one of our two steam boilers for the building.
