The work they did and the quality was excellent. I want to make clear, that the father, also owner of this company, was nothing but professional and helpful through this process. His son, the one who came out to install, was very unprofessional and put their company in a bad light. Because of his reaction and professionalism, I will not use them again.
Description of Work: We hired them to put gutters and extra $100 to put gutter guard. When they came out to install, I found out that they did not put the guards on. When I approached the man, (which I later found out was the son of the owner) about this, he rudely said I was wrong and for the price I was paying I was not getting the guards. I showed him my contract proving I was correct. He called into the main office to speak to his father. He was very rude and disrespectful towards his father, showing poor professionalism.
