Lou is great! He did the job alone so it took about 5 hours. He added electricity to my garage, so he dug up the path from my house to the garage and installed the electrical outlet. After he was done my yard looked like it did when he arrived and everything was done as expected. I will definitely hire Lou again, and highly recommend him.

I had a pull chain light in a closet that had been having issues, so I decided to buy a new one to replace it. When I took it apart, I found that the wires had melted, and I didn't know what to do. I took a look on Angie's List and came across Big Lou. I called him at 8:10pm on a Wednesday evening and left a message. He called me back at 8:45pm. I explained to him what had happened, and he let me know that he had a backlog of about 3 weeks worth of work, but if it wasn't too late for me, he could come over and take care of it that night! He came over within 20 minutes, took a look at what was going on, explained to me what he found, walked me through everything he was doing to take care of it, and was out the door within 45 minutes to an hour. On his way out, I had mentioned something odd about my electrical panel. He asked if I wanted him to take a quick look at it before he left, so he took a look and eased my concern. He was extremely kind and professional. I would certainly recommend him for anyone looking for electrical work.

Existing fuse panel in my house was corroding and water had been seeping into service entrance. Soon to be a catastrophic failure if not taken care of. Big Lou responed immediately after my initial call to arrange a time to inspect the job. Provided a written estimate soon after and scheduled a date for the install. Lou arrived on time and completed the job within the time frame promised. Work inside and outside was top-notch. All existing wiring was transferred to new panel and violations were corrected as needed. All circuits were neatly labled in new panel. Lou offered generator power while the panel was removed. He arranged for proper city inspection of completed work and approval was granted without any issues. Highly recommended !

We called five electricians on Angie's list; only Lou called back the same day (Friday night). He spent a half hour on the phone with my husband, helping him troubleshoot a loss of power to some outlets in our home. We did not end up using Lou, as my husband was able to locate and fix the problem, but we were extremely impressed with Lou's responsiveness, knowledge, and customer service. We will certainly use and recommend him for any future electrical needs.

If you want an electrician who is neat, pays attention to detail and does a quality job Lou is your man. I am very satisfied and will call him for electrical work in the future.

I called the number listed on Angies list and left a message. Lou himself returned the call the following morning and left me a message saying he is really busy right now but would be happy to quote with the understanding it might be three weeks before he can get to it. I returned the call and left another message saying go ahead and quote. He called back and left me a message saying he is just too busy at the moment and doesn't want to make promises he can't keep.

He was just excellent. The price was comparable. We would absolutely use him again.

Lou came on a Saturday. He was very professional and efficient. He explained everything that was wrong and quickly fixed the 3 problem outlets. And, he cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend him- and surely use his again!

Very prompt & courteous. Gave a very fair analysis of the work effort to perform. We had stated we didn't want damage to family room walls from trying to run electrical line from upstairs kitchen. Lou explained difficulty in doing so. We decided that it was not worth the effort. Would call him again for services. .

Actually, I have already recommended him to several friends and family. On top of being very professional, he is just a really nice guy. He even brought a generator. So when the house power was out, I still had enough power to run wi-fi and plug my phone in. That was really first class!

There was no pwoer going into the outlet. Lou was able to come to my home, he found the burned out wire and replaced it. He also seperated a boiler circuit from some other circuits. Lou is professional, easy going and very focused. He had great communication skills and was able to explain everything in a very detailed way. He was very courtesous and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
