 + -1 moreThe people at Berg's were very helpful throughout the buying process and especially so when we had an issue with the Romina crib-to-bed conversion kit. They also were great in setting up the cribs originally. They may not be the cheapest place in town for cribs/beds, but their knowledge and helpfulness was absolutely a lifesaver when we had an issue. I called them assuming they wouldn't have any idea what I was talking about and wouldn't be helpful (like most retailers these days), but they surprised me. I highly recommend them for children's furniture, if you want to go with anything beyond the basics.
Description of Work: We ordered cribs and the conversion kits to make them beds for both of our daughters from Berg's a few years ago. For our younger daughter, we just converted her to a bed. But when I tried to put the box spring in the bed, after a couple of hours of trying to jam it in the bed, we realized it didn't fit. We called Berg's and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They told us that the manufacturer (Romina) made that bed for only the mattress not a box spring. But they had recently changed their conversion kit to accommodate a box spring. At no charge to us they ordered the new conversion kit for us. We just picked it up.
