The estimator visit was scheduled within a week of my call. He was prompt and spent 15 minutes completing the estimate. The installation was scheduled 3 weeks later. The installer did not get the message that we would not be home so left. However he came back later that afternoon and stayed 2 hours after dark to finish the job. There was a discrepancy in how many windows we ordered. The last window was installed 2 days later at no additional cost. All personnel were great to deal with despite these minor problems.

The installer were incredibly fast (start to finished about 1.5 hours), came on time, did a nice clean job and cleaned up appropriately. They have proven once again that they are a rock solid company.

Did not proceed with proposal because of cost. Determined that at this time it was more affordable to repair windows instead of replacing.

Seven weeks later I called and the door was in but they had not called me yet. They assured me it was the right door. The installer came out and was here more than 3 hours installing the door. It looked like he was hacking the wooden door frame. I had to leave for an appointment so I paid and went on my way. I noticed the wood was exposed and he told what I could do to fix it. When the door closes there is a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door where snow, bugs, animals, etc can get in! It's missing 3 screws in the striker plate area. They chopped too much wood off and there is nothing to secure the door to. This is also causing a security issue. I am very disappointed.

Dave did the estimate, measuring the window openings twice. A two man crew came 90 minutes late the first day, without calling. They removed all existing windows, only to discover they had incorrectly prefabricated four large basement windows TOO SMALL. At the end of the day they tried to stuff cardboard into the large spaces at the top, it wasn t adequate to keep out wildlife. Initially they told me it would be two days before they could correct the four large windows; after I complained they added more blocks the next day to fix the problem. On the second day they arrived 90 minutes late, but they called to let me know. They cracked a block at the base of a prefabricated, large window. This had to be punched out the next day and corrected. The third day they forgot to finish the outside of a small window and had to return twice to finish it since they didn t do three of the four sides. Sadly, a large window leaked with the first rain, and they had to come back a third time to fix it.

Very professional, came on time and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Hope to hire them again for another replacement.

Quality, workmanship, price was excellent. Get everything in writing; they didn't do everything I asked them to do. Asked them to put vents in a specific place, but they put them where they wanted. Would have had to pay extra to move them.

They were extremely prompt, coming the day after our order. They did forget the coal chute window, but returned 3 days later and installed it. All the work was completed before noon and all the debris cleaned up quickly. The windows look great and add a lot more light to our basement.

Over all good but it took a while to get everything right. Originally there was confusion about the type of lock we requested so that needed to be changed. Then the screen door divider panels had to be changed to inside the glass as we thought the salesman had stated rather than outside as arrived. Then the replacement glass panel had been incorrectly screwed together so it needed to be changed and the screw plugs provided did not fit. However, the company was very accommodating, Brian noticed some of the errors I would have missed and refused payment until the job was correctly done. It took several trips but they always called first and made sure we had a working door throughout.

They did a wonderful job. They came out to give me an estimate in three days of my call, and were out the day after I decided to go with them. The worker that came out did a great job, and was done in only four hours. We love the new windows. The only negative was that some mortar from the old windows fell into the downstairs toilet, but that was easy to clean up, and otherwise the job site was left very clean. Also, they gave us a $100.00 Angie's List Discount.

The work went very well. Nice workmanship. Even used extra cement to seal up another nearby window.

Installation went well. Quick, neat and painless. Nothing really stands out about the job and nothing really negative to report. Only complaint is that there were caulk smears on the windows that I had to clean myself.

I JUST ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM. $320 IS PER WINDOW.

I completed the company's online form for a free estimate. Their office called and asked if I would like for someone to come out, and I said yes. On the online form, I indicated that I would like the job completed within two weeks. Within a couple of days, I met with the sales representative. He explained the process, answered my questions, and gave a quote (including Angie's discount). The following week, my windows were installed. The installer arrived on time, and the job was completed within the estimated time frame.

Excellent service - prompt and courteous salesman, work described in detail and all questions answered satisfactorily. The installation crew was prompt and completed the work in an hour.

The estimate work and follow up was great. The price was a little high, but I would use them again.

The salesman who came to the house for the estimate was on time, professional, and not pushy. The installer came to the house on time as well and did a professional job with no mess. Will definitely use this company again.

There is a lifetime warranty. Sam was on time for the estimate. He was on time for the scheduling for the windows and he was on site the entire time during installation. No extra hidden charges, no surprises. He cleaned up after himself, explained the maintenance of the windows, extremely thorough! The windows have brought a new look to my home! I've already recommended them to my neighbors!

They gave me an Angie's List discount as well as a senior discount. They responded promptly and came out and did the job very quickly. They cleaned up well and carried away all the debris. He did everything in very short order. They look good and I'm very satisfied.

They were very responsive when rescheduling because of the bad weather. Also, Sam was very professional and did an excellent job. Very pleased with the result.

Dave came to take the measurements for the windows on a Friday. He set up our appointment for a Monday. Sid installed 2 of our 8 windows that day. One of the windows was glass block and the other was an egress. Three weeks later, Chris came to install our 6 remaining windows. Sid and Chris were very polite and professional. They were very neat and on time.

They were very friendly, efficient and neat. I am very happy with the product. They weren't pushy at all. I liked them because they had a better selection than a lot of other places, but I was also satisfied with the price as well. The person that came out explained everything he was doing step by step.

We are very pleased with the new windows. They look attractive from the outside and inside. We're glad we chose this company.

They were on time, efficient, and did the job pretty quickly. They were very messy, there was a huge mess that I had to clean up when they were done.
