The estimate was spot on and the customer service phenomenal. I really appreciated the thorough review that the sales consultant, John, provided me. The installation was done within days and the site was left clean, as if no one had been there.

Estimate given within days of call and installation completed 5 days after that. Installer explained the process, conducted himself very professionally and was done and cleaned up in just over 3 hours. It had rained all night prior to the day of installation and my wife was concerned about tracking mud in from outside. He was so immaculate that you couldn't even tell that he had been there. He came on Saturday. His name was John Murphy. We hardly knew he was there. He came inside the house quietly and cleaned up after himself. He could not have done it better. This a good honest company. He said the windows have a lifetime guarantee. Can't beat that. We got a 75 dollar discount because we have Angie's list.

John Murphy the sales person was responsive/helfpul. The installers were nice/professional. It took longer to get the materials in (three weeks plus) than I expected or was lead to believe which was disappointing. Overall the end result was nice and they did work. I would use them again, but would be more specific with them about timing. The end result was a nice installation and crew that cleaned up after themselves.

Both installers were on time and did the work in a timely fashion. It took a bit of time in get in on the schedule at a time that worked. The first installer did a better job, cleaner look around the existing brick. They were slightly better price than one of their competitors and I wanted to go with a company who will be around to provide service if needed in the future. I wished the estimator would have warned me that they require a deposit when you make the appt. This is due to the fact they are pre-assembled before coming to your home.

Went very well. Only had one issue, the person who wrote the estimate forgot to put a different vent needed for the dryer. So my cost went up because of the need for the dryer vent, but all in all things went well.

He measured every window - because our house is so old and far from standard - he wanted to make sure the windows were made correctly and they were. Cyril came out to do the installation and he did a fantastic job. He was very precise and the windows look great. He cleaned everything - inside and out - took the old windows, screens and the wood frames with him. We were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend them.

It went very smoothly. The company came out for an estimate and with samples to choose which style of glass I wanted. I gave them a deposit and they returned in two weeks to install them. They look great and am very happy with them and the quality of the installation.

They came out and were exactly on time for the estimate. The installer came out, actually half an hour earlier than schedule (but better a little early than late). He went right to work. I know getting the old windows out was a challenge, but the new windows look great. They even cleaned up afterwords.
