The sales call by John Murphy went great and we signed a contract on the spot based largely on the Angie's List ratings. The install was set up for Saturday 9/18/10 (about two weeks later). Overall we were impressed with the quality of workmanship especially with the masonry done by Cyril.

They showed up on time for both the quote and the installation, the windows were exactly what I ordered and there have been no problems since installation.

I didn?t use their services because I want to alert people and I want to make sure that everyone is aware about them. They had worked for us in the past and I had them come back to do some additional work. They wanted to charge me about one and a half times more than what they had charged me for the first job. It was almost the same amount of work. I am extremely upset with them and I am livid. I had a lot of concerns about what they did. I spent $999 for the first job and then they wanted to charge me $1600 for the second job. They came out with a quote for the second job which was very high. I didn?t want to do business with them. They were highly recommended and that?s why we chose them for the first job but we don?t know what happened to them when we called then the second time. I would never use their services in the future.

The poor young man worked all by himself. He took my windows out and replaced them with beautiful new glass block windows. I couldn't believe that he could actually replace the big window. He worked hard to finish the job in one day even given the fact that some dreadful storm was supposed to happen. He did a fantastic job. It was all very neat, clean and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone to fix the basement windows. The windows look beautiful. They did a wonderful job. It was incredible. I can't believe how much work that was. I am so surprised that these dreadful windows could be even fixed. They were prompt and honest. They did excellent work. They were thorough and they cleaned up. I felt safe working with them. My basement looks like an entire new floor of my house now. I absolutely would use them in the future.

The worker came at agreed upon time, pleasantly, efficiently did the work. Cleaned up well upon completion. The windows have been fine since. We recommend these folks any time.

Everything went fine and I'm satisfied with the work.

They did the job they said they would do. They were prompt and courteous.

They did one side of the basement and I called them back to do the other side.

They did provide the estimate but I found 2 others who were lower with pricing.

They gave us a quote on windows as well, but we didn't follow through. They did a great job on the glass black. The project was completed quickly.

Cleveland Glass Block provided an estimate that was within a few dollars of their competitors. We felt better about their product and presentation since cost was about the same. They arrived on time and installed in one day. They have held up very well.

They were very prompt and responsive. We decided not to do this project because we chose to do other repairs first.

The workers were very careful of how the windows were removed. They were sure that the caulking was done correctly. They did a really good job and cleaned up after the job was completed.

The estimated sounded very fair. I thought the guy was very pleasant and very professional. There are some marble works around my windows. I was concerned about keeping them. He seemed to be very willing to work around them; it was nice. He was very responsive. I will definitely use this company for another estimate in the future.

The entire process was exemplary. A representative came out promptly to make an estimate. His explanation of my options was clear and straight forward. The installer arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful job. He left the workspace very clean and carefully picked up. The windows themselves look wonderful. The job was completed with no additions, ups or surprises. I could not be more pleased. In short, this is the way to do business.

From John coming out on 4/23/10 until Mike installing on 4/29/10 the experience was great. John was very informative on the product and Mike did a superb job installing the windows in under 1.5 hours. When Mike left everything was cleaned up and the windows looked great.

The cost was reasonable. They were relatively quick and affordable.

The installer arrived promptly, was polite and eager to get going. He kept things clean, worked quickly and tidied up promptly. The blocks fit well, are well-sealed and look great.

Workman arrived on time. Went to work immediately and except for the noise involved in knocking out the old windows, he work quietly and efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the results. Perfect clean up was done after the work was done. I received the estimate on April 13 and the work was begun and completed on April 21. I'd hire them again anytime!

I think they were very good. They sent someone out who talked to my wife and they gave her a quote for vented vs. non-vented windows. When they called, they told us they would need to install vented windows because the permits in my county require vented windows in the basement. I called the county billing department and verified that this was not the case so I called them back and explained that. They told us they would update their records and beyond that, it was a fine experience.
