. They are very responsive and a very good company to work with. Actually I liked everything about them. They were prompt. They do what they said they are going to do. They were worth the money I paid for. The guy that comes out first knows what he is doing. It is different person who comes out to install the glass block and he is fine too. I would use them in the future.

The installer arrived as promised in the agreed upon date. An office person called the day before the installation to remind me and to confirm balance due. One man installed all seven windows in six hours. We walked through the installation and I saw no debris or problems. We love the new windows in our basement and wish we had done it years before.

Very personable and professional. I also requested an estimate for my bay window, which ended up being more than I wanted to spend right now. However, they did call me back with a cheaper way to replace the windows and referred me to another contractor who could perform the work. The basement windows turned out beautiful.

the job went well. they came in the morning, quickly removing the old windows. installed the new 3 vented glass block windows and did a nice jobs with the mortar work. i felt bad for the 2 employees since it was so cold that day, so i did turn the furnance up alittle. they told me i didn't have too, but i wanted to make sure their hands didn't get cold that it might affect their work. they did a very good job cleaning up before leaving and were very profeesional and polite.

I used them because of their cost and also because of the ratings they got from previous customers. They did more than they originally advertised; they replaced the windows and fixed the structure of the windows to make a stable base for the glass block. It was more cost effective to use them than to do the work myself.

The company sent a rep to give us an estimate. When we accepted it, he called the company and set up our installation date while still in our home. The installer came on time, did a wonderful job and cleaned the work area as good as I would have..all employees were extremely polite and professional. The company also sent me a picture of the estimator and appointment reminder by e-mail. Very nice!

Cleveland Glass Block arrived right on time and in a couple of hours our old air leaking, rusting steel framed windows were replaced with beautiful glass block. I was debating on whether to add venting to some of the windows and in the end decided to spend a little extra for this feature. I definitely would recommend Cleveland Glass Block.

Everything went well. The price was a little higher than what I was wanting to pay. I had no idea how expensive the project would be, so we didn't pursue it any further. If I had the funds, I probably would have had them do it.

The company sent two installers. Each one demonstrated specific skills related to the job. Lentils were installed in addition to glass block. The old lentils were removed with only a minor incident. A telephone cable was stuck to an old lentil and upon removing it, the telephone line was cut in that area. Todd showed good judgment by finding the severed line and repaired it to working order. Both men worked a good portion of the day through a rather severe rain storm. The weather did not compromise the quality of their work. The clean up was very adequate and appropriate. All work was completed to high professional standards. I would recommend this company for this type of work.

It went well. Everything that was discussed was accomplished. We had one issue regarding one of the windowsills which was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We are pleased with the windows and plan to have the rest of the basement windows done.

One guy installed everything in one day, worked timely, and cleaned up after himself. It went well. There were two escape windows and two vents that he had to install as well.

Everything went fine. They cleaned up after they were done. I don't have the insects and field mice coming into my basement in the winter time. There is so much light and warmth coming into my basement now and I'm very pleased.

The provider was prompt and professional. He took measurements and got back to us quickly with a quote for our windows. However, we have some HVAC connections and wiring that run outside through one of the windows -- he told us that they couldn't replace that window due to those connections, and I would rather find a contractor who is willing to complete the entire job.
