I thought the price was reasonable. It was very professionally done and done in a timely manner. It took just a couple of hours, it wasn't an all day event. I am very happy with the job that they did. They retrimmed the outside window area too on the outside of the house, which matched the other existing windows. There was just 1 person to complete the work.

There was a couple of things that I really had problems with. Two out of three vents have problems with, one vent had to be replaced, one was hard to open, the other one was actually twisted, so they need to come back and replace the vent, I mean they could have checked that before the windows were sent out, and the other problem I had was he was going to seal the window against a siding that was a fill panel and the other two estimates we had they said that they will take the fill piece out, I had to stop them, they need to remove the pieces before they move the window in. But you know I'm happy with the results, it just took a little bit to get there.

The work was done well and the windows look really good, which is all that really matters in the end. However, I do have a few minor complaints. The first was punctuality - the installer didn't arrive until more than an hour after the promised 8:00-8:30 am window. The second in that they only sent one person to install 4 windows. The basement windows seemed easy enough for one person, but our garage window was full-height and a good 5 feet off the ground. I ended up helping him install the top half by holding the ladder for him, since he didn't want to walk up an unstable ladder by himself while holding a 40+ pound block of glass! The estimate had also promised a 4-ish hour work time, put with one person it stretched to about 5. Again, nothing major, but things to consider.

The work was done on schedule, the work crew was terrific and clearly more than capable of doing the job. It took a bit longer than we originally thought, but it was absolutely great work. We did have a question the following spring about some water leakage around one of the windows. The response was very fast and very knowledgeable. They recognized the problem immediately... it was the manner in which the mulch had been placed around a bush just outside this window that was the problem. If we would re-arrange it, the problem would be solved. And they were absolutely right. No issues whatsoever with the windows. And they look so much better, too!

They were good. They did the job. We had a lot of shrubbery that was right up against the house and I thought that would be a problem with them to get in behind the shrubbery to get to the windows. They said it wouldn't be a problem and they'd take care of it and they did.

Installer was on time and very friendly! He was professional and got the windows removed and new one installed in under 3 hours. He cleaned up the mess and took the old windows away with him. Would recommend.

Other members could get estimates from other people but these people would be very competitive pricing. Their work is on time. They cleaned up everything and it all worked very well.

I got everything I wanted. As far as the installation went, they came out, took out the basic windows out and installed the glass block windows. I haven't had a problem with them since. It was really good. They started in June and they finished it in August. It took 90 days. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they ordered some stuff and they did have to reorder. They were really professional. They did a good job. They reordered our cabinets and stuff. They had to reorder some new cabinets because the manufacturer messed up the measurement on it. That was the only thing we were disappointed with. Other than that, they did a great job on our kitchen.
