First a gentleman came to give us an estimate and to inspect the job site. We called back shortly after the estimate visit for them to proceed with the project. Someone from the office called back in a few days to schedule the work at our convenience. The workmen arrived on time on the scheduled day and proceeded with the work. Everything was masked and well protected and the workman explained each part of the process as he move along with the work. He cleaned up all the work areas and gave us an explaination on how to clean and care for the new liners. We are very satisfied withe the work and would reccomend the company to others. Came out quickly for the estimate. Very professional. Scheduled the installation (a few weeks out). Performed install. Were on time, finished on time, and cleaned up. Windows look good. Price was in line with other quotes.

They were very responsive when coming to give me an estimate, and, of course, would check up with me periodically to see if I wanted to do the work. So when I was ready to schedule the work, I was surprised that they couldn't schedule me in for two and a half weeks. But that was ok; companies do get busy. I called about a week before they were scheduled to do the work to confirm the day and time because I had to arrange for someone to be there. Then a few days later I was called saying that they had to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict, and I had to wait another week and a half before they could do the work. I was upset because of the special arrangements I had to make, and that they didn't recognize the conflict when I called to confirm. The up-side is that I had no complaints with the work, and that we're only talking about a total of a month between the time I originally gave them a down-payment and when the work was actually done. But hadn't I given them that down payment, I probably would've gone to another company that was more responsive. If I couldn't find anyone else, I might try them again.

They were great. They were very friendly, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves.

I asked for an estimate to have a dryer vent put in my glass block window. They estimator came out promptly and informed me it was $150!!! that is to replace 1 block. He said that is the minimum they charge for any job. Considering the block would be vinyl block to replace the glass one which costs less than $20 at home depot I thought this was a bit extreme. They say they charge by the job but they never say they have a$150 minimum. They would replace the entire window for $205 plus another $100 to remove the old block window. They may know there stuff and do alot of work because they are a large company but their prices are high, double the 4 other estimates I have received for both the replacing the dryer vent and the entire window. The estimator basically said it is faster and more efficient for their installer to do the whole window than just the one block. I think that is why they charge so much for the "initial" work/estimate. If you shop around you can find lower prices and that does not always mean lesser quality as this estimator implied. I think they need to update their site instead of "30 EMPLOYEES. NO SUBS. COST IS DETERMINED BY THE JOB. NO TRAVEL CHARGES." be upfront and say minimum cost is $150 for the job no matter how small. Obviously cost is not determined by the job. I truly believe that this company should remove the advertising that the price is based on the job and be upfront and honest and state they get $150 minimum no matter the job. I would not have wasted my time or their time.

I would use them again and the price and quality are good.

This was a very good experience. Jeff came out and gave us an estimate. He spent a lot of time explaining all the various options, and telling us in detail about the process. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently. The men cleaned up very well afterwards; you would not have known that any work was done, except that the new windows looked great.

They were honest about not being able to do the job. They got back to me in a timely fashion and gave me a referral.

The company representative came to the home on August 8, 2011. He measured all of the old windows (as well as an old coal chute), and gave us his estimate for the 8 windows. We approved the estimate, and on August 24, the worker came out promptly. It was absolutely amazing how hard the man worked, hour after hour. He removed all the old windows and the metal bars, then removed all the wood surrounding the old windows until the opening was clear of all the old debris. He then brought in the new windows, one by one, and installed them just perfectly. The workmanship was excellent. All of the debris was removed without a trace remaining. We were amazed when we walked down into the basement to see how bright and light it was; we hadn't expected that side benefit. We were very pleased, and would use this company again.

estimator showed up right on time and quoted the job on the spot. price was good so i scheduled installation. few weeks later windows went in right on time. not much mess in the basement and they look good.

The job inspection and quotation was done a couple of days after I called. The young lady (Tami) who handled setting up the appointment was very pleasant. The entire process went very well. Jeff Merrell made the job evaluation and quotation on Friday August 5 and arrived promptly as scheduled. Jeff was very courteous and did not rush evaluating what needed to be done and took measurements. He explained in detail how he planned to design the window and even made an excellant suggestion of putting the vents in upside down to make it easier for me to reach the latch to open them. Jeff explained and provided me with options using silcon vs mortar between the blocks which formed the window. On the following Monday, Tami called and scheduled the job for Monday August 15 but it had to be rescheduled due to rain. It was scheduled for the following Wednesday August 17. Todd was the installer. He was so kind to stop the night before (he lived in the next community) to assesses the situation. Todd helped me move what was necessary for him to work. He promptly arrived at the scheduled estimated time. Todd was very polite and courteous. The job required knocking out the current windows (3), do major restructuring of the window opening and install the newly built windows. The job took approximately 6 - 7 hours of hard labor. He protected the surrounding areas, inside and out, from broken glass, old building material and material used with the new installation. He was neat and cleaned up after the job was done. Before he left, he helped me put everything back in order. I think all did a great job and am glad I choose them for the job. Even my neighbor commented on the nice job Todd did.

The estimator came right on time, and gave me a firm quote that was significantly less expensive than another I received from a competitor. We scheduled the job for two weeks later. When they came out, the crew (two workers) was professional and finished the job in about 3-4 hours. I'm very pleased with how the windows look -- no complaints.

We felt that the price was reasonable; I don’t know if it was the best but it seemed middle of the road.. They came when they said they were going to, we didn’t have any problems, and we were very happy with them. They met my expectations. They did a good job and they didn’t leave any messes. We still have more to do and we'll probably have them do the rest.

The job went very well. They did a very good job all the way around. They were no callbacks and everything was done right. We would absolutely use them again.

Installation wwent quicker than I thought and the quality of work is impeccable!!

I needed some of the sills but they discouraged me from having a couple of them replaced as they said that they were fine and did not need a replacement. I was very happy with them. They did a good job and they did it very fast. I was very pleased. I liked that they saw a couple of cracked sills but said that they did not need replacement as they were fine. They could have easily told me that those would come off and needed to be replaced. There was a glass block window that was put in years ago, not by them and one of the things was cracked but they said that it was fine when they could have replaced that. They did not take advantage of me. I did not get estimates from other companies but I thought that their price was reasonable. They were very much responsive and right 'on the button' in terms of their punctuality.

They installed normal windows. The door which was interior and exterior was an arch and they had to reconsider it. They had to make an arch out of a rectangle and they did a good job. They were great. They are pretty professional. They were here on time and they kept me updated. The door was a special order and we had to change the look of it with the exterior door. They actually put an exterior door, interior door and the back of my house as well. It was a total of 4 doors. They had to come three different times. They did the windows all in a day and that was great. They were on time and they did well. The door they did almost the whole day. The drywall was supposed to dry and it didn't and so they had to come a second time a week later. They were installing the other as well. They were on time and professional. They didn't bother me and I had to work from home a couple of times and it was not noisy. They didn’t have that many questions and it was fairly easy installing the windows and so it worked out rather well. The sales guy Jeff was great all the way through the process. John is the design guy and he was the one who took care to come out and he came before the installation. He came out and took full photos of the arch and did the design work. He gave me three options and as it turned out the option that we picked, we all knew was the best and it turned out to be the most expensive. To make the project work and to make it look good we needed to go with that option. The idea of it being most expensive didn't enter into play as we knew we had to do it. The whole process took about four months. The windows were installed in November, the doors were done in December and the final front was in January and they finished in February. I would probably call them to do some bathroom designing work again. I knew someone who they installed doors in the past and I seen their work and it is pretty high quality. I think I am heading in that direction and I am going to use them for that. Some people might be put off by the price but then its high quality work and the amount that I paid was not out of the ordinary. I thought they were really reasonable with the windows and with the door we just knew how it was going to be. I knew it would take some redesigning work and rebuilding.

Came on time, did work exactly as expected, gave good information of what to expect etc.
