My house was built in 1934 and it had the original basement windows...................I had them install 5 basement windows with the Iceberg pattern with vents in every window..................for the price and how they look, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, what more can I say..................they did an excellent job

Cleveland Glass Block/Cleveland Window Co and Bath Dr. did very good. He kind of discouraged us. He thought what we already had in the basement was fine. We were doing it to get more energy savings, but he said it would not really make that much of a difference in saving energy. It wouldn't be worth our while. He was very honest and nice. There was nothing I didn't like about him.

The windows look great. The installer did a fantastic job , was courteous and did a nice job cleaning up after himself.

They were great. On time and did not take as long as I thought they would. I would definitely recommend using them.

The estimate process was fast (one week for them coming to see). The planner considered the needs for two drier vents and for the installation to be up to code with window openings. The installation process was very fast (it took them one morning to do, the installer did a very clean job and left no debris, took the old windows away. In all their service was perfect and the product has remained in great condition for more than 2 years now.

They were good. They came out and did a free estimate. They made recommendations and gave different options as far as which glass block to chose. They have different way of sealing it. They cement and attach them and it prevents breaking since we were using them as a part of security system. We told them we talked to guardian to recommend them to make a basement safer. They came and did the estimate and took about 45 minutes. They gave me four estimates and I discussed with Andrew later and called them and had an appointment within a week. They came and installed them. The gentleman did it all by himself and did it within 2 hours. When initially looking at the job I thought it would take him all day but he installed them perfectly with no flaws. We checked and opened all the windows because we did get a piece of blue block in the middle; they all work. He left the work fixed; my son had left his video games stacked by the window and he actually put all those right back before he left so they were very, very good. I would recommend them.

They came out and gave me an estimate. They were a good company. They were professional and came out in a timely manner. They gave me a good price and I thought it was fair. They were clear.

Company was quick to come out and give an estimate. Sales person was informative and made suggestions relative to our needs. They were VERY clear about how soon they would be able to do the work. They called before actually coming out, to be sure we were all still on the same page. Work was done quickly and cleanup was complete. Price was less than I had anticipated.

All members of this company were polite, cooperative and helpful. They provided timely service . The windows look nice and were well installed. My only complaint is that they are more difficult to take out for cleaning than other windows we have in our home. The installation guy even commented on the difficulty in this. But overall, we are satisfied with our purchase.

The salesman came on 11/15/2012 and gave us a quote. The salesman was polite and was very willing to answer our questions concerning the installation procedure. After agreeing to the price an appointment was set up for 12/7 for the installation. The installer called us before his arrival. We had asked the company office for him to do that so that we could make sure our pets did not get in the way. He arrived soon after and set right to work. He was very polite and professional. The replacement glass block came as a prefabricated unit so that it did not have to be assembled on site. The old glass and frame came out quickly and the new unit was installed. There was one stumbling block during the installation. We had cleared the area around the window except for a pretty large wooden swing that we have hanging from the ceiling of the garage. During the quote I specifically asked if this would be in the way as we could move it. We were told not to worry as it would be ok. It did turn out to be in the way. I'm sure the installer could have come up with something to keep the swing out of the way however, to facilitate the installation I held the swing back out of the way so that the installer could more easily do his work. Except for this the installation went well and we are pleased with the new window.

They were good and their price was fair.

The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The installer did an excellent job installing and cleaning up. The windows look great!

Cleveland Glass Block/Cleveland Window Co./Bath Doctor seem to get everything done. It took them two shots to do it because of the weather but they seemed to be professional about what they were doing. They replaced a bunch of old windows, so everything looks better. Everything was cleaned up afterwards.

Price was a little higher than others. They had to reschedule out appointment after my husband took a day off work. When they did come the job was done quickly and looks great!!!

The person who came out to give the estimate was knowledgeable and nice. That part was fine and was done in a timely manner. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner as well. The man who came out to do the install was nice, but the work was subpar. There was a lot of concrete that was placed around the windows. We were redoing the basement at the time, but the mess was swept in to a corner for us to clean up. And the window sill from the old window made it difficult to place, but none of this was anticipated. The installer had to put so much concrete it took two trips. It seemed like he just wanted to get the widows in, but that something else should have been done. I'm not an expert, but I rely on the people I hire to tell me if something shouldn't be done.

Amazing from start to finish. Scheduled an estimate and the representative that came out was very nice and very informative. He knew his products very well. Scheduling was easy. Installation crew went quickly and cleanly. Windows look amazing.

The overall experience was excellent from the initial sales rep to the installation. The installer showed up within the time frame established, looked the job over and began work immediately. Fortunately the weather had warmed up but with that came rain. All the old windows and frames were removed without mishap. The installer repaired all the sills with new mortar before installing the new windows. The job site was totally cleaned up and all trash/frames/old windows removed. I cannot say enough about the installer and his professionalism and attention to detail. Definitely would recommend Cleveland Glass Block.

We had 2 basement windows replaced with glass block. This company was professional from the get-go. They answered phones and returned calls promptly. The installation was scheduled and the installer was on time and professional and friendly. He was also careful not to track dirt/mud into our home. He completed the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up after the work was done. I was very impressed with the entire experience. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again in the future.

I like that the installation was professionally done and it was quick. I had to bargain with him. I did not get the best price at the very beginning. He gave me the standard glass block and did not offer me the three vents that were being advertised in their circulars. I do not think that he was giving me the best possible customer service. He could have known that their circulars were offering free products with the purchase of three glass block windows and think I purchased five so if it was not for me looking in the circular, he was going to charge me for the vents rather than giving them to me free.

The salesman came out and talked with us about their windows. He put the order in and I think it was a week or so later the installer came in and installed the window. Very clean and neat and no hassles.

The installer was a different man than the sales person, and both were very professional. The sales person new his product and helped us very well.The installer was on time and new his job, he did the job right the first time.
