Installer arrived on time. Work was done in time we were advised it would take. Installer was efficient, friendly, knowledgable and cleaned up after himself so it looked like he was never there. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing block windows.

Salesman was knowledgable. No pressure. Installation went smooth and clean. Price was right.

I just received a quote from them. I thought they were on time, they were very detailed and clean, the quotes that should be done and how much time it would take. No complaints.

Once they arrived, they did a fantastic job. The problem is that they are scheduling 4 weeks out! The gentleman that arrived did not look very professional at all, but did a great job

It was great. First came out to measure and gave estimate. Told me the exact process of what would happen. Followed up with a call to schedule. Was prompt, clean, neat and did exactly what they said they would for the exact price I was quoted. Everything came out great and I am very pleased with the results.

They were timely, tidy and did a great job on securing the basement of a historical home that i love. They also installed frame work for the dryer exhaust.

Very simple process. I called. They came and measured. They showed up on time, as promised and were gone in two hours.except for the new windows you would never have known they were here!

They did an A-1 Excellent Job! Our basement windows were leaking and now the windows are safer, stronger, and, most importantly, water-tight. The guy who came out was courteous, worked diligently, and cleaned up very well. I could not have asked for more from them. Just top notch work.

They were very professional, and they came out when they said they would. Their prices were comparable. I went with another company due to the particular type of window I wanted. I had used them many years ago (around 2009) for basement glass block windows, and I was very satisfied with them.

Now, this probably set a "record" in terms of length of time for ending up w/ an acrylic system but we definitely evaluated various options, including replacing tub w/ shower only and different wall finishes, from synthetic composites to glass subway tiles. In the end, glass tiles were just not worth the cost (hey, it's a small, late-50's bathroom ... and we're not into " a suite where I can escape it all" ... it's just a bathroom, but let's make it look nice, functional and easy to maintain) ... the synthetic composites were a close second but we could not agree on a palette/pattern (concerned it may overwhelm the small bathroom) ... Jeff at Innovate Building Solutions ("umbrella" company for the three) was patient and provided timely feed-back on questions ... we also reviewed various new fixtures, selected a specific make/model and provided the full manufacturer details to Jeff to incorporate into the contract so everyone was on the same page (no problems there, either). We also opted for a tub liner rather than a new tub for two prime reasons: 1) new tubs are deeper (higher sides) and we're not getting any younger ... so, easier to get in & out; 2) Innovate's supplier reportedly has a warehouse of virtually all makes of tubs that they use to cast a liner ... so it's actually a "custom-fit" liner, made for your tub. This was a 2-day job ... the first entailing the demo that was needed to remove the tiled wall sections and re-install of new wall materials ... this also allowed them full access to the piping, allowing them to properly install (and secure) the new fixture valving and shower head piping, and to set the tub liner so the "edges" of the tub went to the studs (just like a new install) ... and, yes, the tub liner fit like it was made for it (sure looked like it was) ... the work was done very well ... all areas were kept clean (protective flooring covers had been placed all the way from the entry door into the work area), all demo debris was carted out and removed from the premises, and everything was cleaned up at the end of the work day ... The next day entailed final install of the wall surround ... no, it's not a one-piece seamless and that actually makes sense ... how many walls are square and plumb? ... each panel was fitted, trimmed as needed and secured, with joints and edges finished w/ color-match silicone caulking ... final fixture install was completed, a curved shower rod secured, and final cleanup done. Throughout all this, the guys were pleasant, professional and a pleasure to deal with ... oh, and we're completely pleased with our final choices for the update ... and with our choice of Bath Doctor

They did excellent work. They were very efficient, thorough and did a good job.

From beginning (sale) to end (Install Clean-Up) received outstanding attention to detail. Everyone was highly professional and proficient. Have recommended to several of my neighbors.

They were above and beyond, for sure. The guy who came out was awesome and their price was great.

They arrived at my house after we made the schedule. They are good but did not choose them to install our window glass block. The price from the other company was a little less. They also provided a financier.

They are very quick and did a good work. What I didn't like about it was the people that they sent. They did a very good job of cleaning up for themselves but they forgot to put one of the window stubs back. They're going to make good on that latter part and they're going send someone out to fix it. The communications were not good but the young woman that I talk to was very professional. I spoke with her and take care of my complaint.
