When I called an appointment was set up. On the day John Murphy called about a half hour in advance to confirm. He looked over the job and gave a price. We agreed on a date to install....on our time . On installation day Todd (a 31year company employee) called in advance and confirmed the time. Right on time. It took allday.....he had to remove the burglar bars from all the windows and the metal coal chute. We found Todd to be a true professional and pleasant . He left the areacleaner than it was. A very nice experience.

I think the price for the quote was too high. For the job they did, the price was okay and good but at for the quote they gave me, the price jumped a lot and I don’t think it’s fair so I didn’t use them for that. Their workmanship is good. They are professional. I decided to use them because I had a good experience with them with the job. The price went up too much and I won’t recommend them. Their responsiveness is good. They are professional but the salesman is tricky. The first time, he gave me a good price but the second time, he thinks I’m a returning back customer and he is guarding on me so that’s the part I’m not happy with. They probably wanted to extort on me and that part I don’t like it. In that regard, they are not that professional. I’m not happy with them.

It went well, the window has held up for 3-4 months and shows no signs of issues. The installation went well.

Installer showed up on time and was very professional. I had 5 windows replaced and it only took a couple of hours.

Received confirmation e mail after my first call, even including a bio for the guy coming to measure the windows. On the day of installation, the installer arrived at the specified time and just 2 hours later, all work had been completed. Glass Block is a fantastic and professional company based upon my experience with them. A very customer orientated company.

The salesperson arrived when he said he would. He gave me a better price than one I had from another company and warned me that they may use silicon instead of masonry to secure the windows. The installer arrived on time and was very methodical. After I asked he also filled a crack on an exterior window well which was not in the scope of work but I really appreciated it. It has now been almost one year and the windows have never leaked and still look like day 1.

Overall, very satisfied. Price was right, they took my measurements over the phone, once the windows were completed they came out and installed. Were very easy to work with, as I requested a Saturday install so I could be home. They ran into a little issue because the current concrete framing around the windows were not uniform, so it took a little extra time, but they were able to fix the issue. They cleaned up well and the windows looked good.

The gentleman that performed the work was very professional and did a great job. He cleaned up the work area and wore boot covers while in the house.

.Cleveland Glass Block installed six glass block windows. I thought they did an excellent job. They were very careful with preparation of the windows. They did window cleaning and removal of the old windows. They did a lot of clean up both inside and out .

Very nice company, a class act from beginning to end. The estimator showed up on time, and was courteous and understood exactly what I wanted done. I was given a fair quote on the spot. The installer was a nice young man. He called before arriving so that I could meet him there. He was also very professional. The work done was perfect. I would not hesitate to use them again. Very professional and informative.

We had a wonderful experience working with Bath Doctor to have the cast iron tub and shower walls lined at our home. Jeff came and gave us an estimate and was able to work our project in within two weeks so that we wouldn't have any construction going on after we moved in. The two men who did the work were very friendly and knowledgeable, they did a great job cleaning up after the work was finished. Most important of all, our bathroom looks amazing! We will definitely use this company again!

They did a very good job and have greatly improved the look of our basement as well as the security.

Everything was great, from the first contact with the company until the install. They were able to come out right away to give an estimate the Saturday after I called. The gentleman who came out was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was great too. We were able to schedule the install for about a week out but unfortunately due to the subzero temperatures we had to reschedule (mother nature's fault, NOT the provider). We were able to reschedule for the following week though and everything turned out great. The installer was very polite and did a very good job. Though I didn't need it, they do offer Saturday install appointments which is a huge plus for those of us that work Monday through Friday. I would highly recommend them!

We were very impressed by the person who came to the house to take measurements and photos. We discussed a number of options and he was well versed in accessible/age-in-place considerations. Within a couple weeks we received two design concept sketches for us to select from before the company spent the effort to fully quote the work. We asked for an updated sketch combining elements of the two approaches and the initial response from the company was good, but we never did receive any further communication. I'm puzzled because they seemed so professional up to that point. I don't know if we fell through the cracks or if they didn't want our project, but communication issues are a red flag for me in selecting a contractor. (Update on 2/18/14) The contractor reached out to me with a phone message, apologizing for the communication snafu. They made a strong effort to set this right, but I have already selected another contractor for the work.

This company was polite, professional and respectful.

Their estimator kept a morning appointment, measured the windows, and provided a written quote before leaving. We contacted the company three months later to ask them to go ahead with the work. They requested a 50% deposit, and gave us an appointment for installation three weeks later. They said that installation would take about 4 hours. | |On installation day, their installers arrived on time with assembled windows ready for installation. They worked carefully, and they finished the job in a little less than 4 hours. The coal chute replacement was difficult owing to its placement behind existing furnace ductwork, but the installers worked through the problem deliberately without taking any shortcuts. We are entirely happy with their workmanship, the quality of their materials, and our now considerably warmer basement. I would hire this company again.

I was quoted several hundred less then another quote from another company. I was skeptical to see such a difference in price but was assured the same quality. Cleveland Glass Block delivered on what they promised and exceeded my expectations in every way.

3 windows were done real nice. The other 2 on the interior were somewhat sloppy finish on the concrete.
