Did a great job on fixing a brick staircase one of our tenants took out with their car. Did excellent work and helped us avoid a costly mistake had we relied on our property management contractor.

Did great work on a difficult project (rebuilding my fireplace chimney from the roof up). Very timely both for providing a quote and doing the work. He did the job as if he were doing it on his own house.

John came out the same day and gave me a quote to tuck point my chimney. Once the weather broke some, he came out and did the job. Very happy that there have been no more leaks.

The estimate and work were done in a timely manner. Great work, very knowledgeable.

John Basar applied a seal coat to our sandstone chimney and repaired the cap stone avoiding its replacement. We were pleased with his work.

He responded right away. Weather had been unpredictable. He was in the area had all the supplies and time and since his job had been cancelled for the day was able to do our small job right away. Saved him a wasted day and got our job done sooner than we thought it could be. Happy homeowners!!
