Description of Work: Project ongoing. Painted interior woodwork and ceilings: large sun porch, dinning room, powder room, hall, pannelled office, kitchen/family room. Yet to be done: master bedroom, spare bedroom, two baths and back hall and stairs. Excellent work and a pleasure to do business with Adam. Cost includes all listed work, done and to be done.

+ 0 moreI had been referred by a friend to Adam Baldwin, whom I believe has recently relocated (back?) to Baltimore from Ohio. Setting up the initial meeting was easy by phone; Adam arrived on time, worked up an estimate and we shook hands. Although Adam specializes in interior work, my job (exterior soffits / ranch style house) was no problem. The job began when promised and was finished quickly, in a highly professional manner. Surface preparation, critical to all good painting jobs, was extremely thorough with any problem areas (seams) discussed in detail prior to the commencement of the work. Adam is meticulous, polite and very respectful of property while working and when cleaning up. His pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality of the work, and materials used (best quality primer and paint). Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Refinishing of exterior entryway ceilings, roof overhangs and soffit areas. Caulk, prime and paint as required.

Adam is a complete professional--gives an estimate and stays within it, preps work meticulously, covers floors and furniture so there are no "accidents", and paints beautifully leaving no brushstrokes. He is dependable and arrives as scheduled. When he had a dental emergency, he came in Saturday to make up the time. He is friendly and treats customers like he would like to be treated. For example, I got stuck trying to move a tumbling mat from the attic to the front yard for a garage sale. He kindly helped me get it down the attic stairs and out the front door.
Description of Work: Adam Baldwin and his assistant painted the basement family room, living room, dining rooms, stairwells, hallways, two bathrooms, kitchen, master bedroom, guest bedroom; added linen closet per my request. He did not reproach me for requesting the linen closet add on and the extra cost was very reasonable.
