They did an excellent job siding my house. They went the extra step to make sure it looked amazing. I recommend this company.

They were professional and responsive with the estimate process and explained things well.

The work was great, when the work was done, people stop by and ask who did my driveway.

I am extremely happy with the 2 bathroom remodels. The main bathroom had a challenging tile install which turned out absolutely beautiful. A new commode, vanity, mirror and heat lamp were also installed which also turned out beautifully. The half bath was totally gutted, and, again turned out wonderfully. Another challenge was the installation of a new exhaust fan, which Arthur and Chris figured out the best way to install and is perfect. The crew was punctual, skilled, and were mindful of keeping the areas as clean as possible. The end result exceeded my expectations. Arthur kept me informed every step of the way. VERY HAPPY with the results.

Al was quick to respond to questions and patient when insurance payout took longer than expected. Roofing crew got the job done in a day and a half and the gutter crew was out within a week after that. Very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Al Vangar was great from start to finish, honest man, will be my roofing contractor on my investment homes as well, all of his guys are professional and courteous

I was very impressed by the entire process, AV Remodeling is a first-class outfit in all respects. They staged their trailer the evening before, arrived and began work precisely on time, and was finished shortly after dark, the clean-up was thorough and the workers were polite and professional and I don't think they ever took a break. Mr. Vangar was great about communicating with me from the time I received his estimate, to the notification that a break in the weather would let them get the job done, right through completion of the job. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know that needs a roof or any other work done.

I kept putting off replacing gutters, but got tired of having temporary repairs done. I always if possible try to find local companies to do work for me...that is why I decided on AV Remodeling . I have passed their establishment many times, so I decided to call to get estimate . I called a couple of times with no one returning my call. I think I called a total of three times. I understand that this may be a busy time of the year for them , but at least someone from the office could have returned my call to at least to say that they are not taking new customers at the moment . Not good customer service in my opinion!

From my initial meeting with AL to the final walk through this company is very professional and easy to work with. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. They are like working with family. Very comfortable and you know they are doing their best for you and your home. I will use them again for any other home remodeling I might need.

They were courteous and well mannered. They started in Aug, and cleaned up after themselves. The siding looked great. Even took out the lights for me at no extra cost.

Mal from AV remodeling was very nice and came out to the house a couple of times until we decided to go with AV for our vinyl siding. He was always friendly and helpful and willing to talk us through any questions as we planned our project. We never felt pressured to sign anything or pay alot of money up front. that put us at ease. Once the project was contracted, he kept us informed along the way as to the progress of the schedule (when materials were ordered, when they arrived, when the crew would come to the house, etc.) Materials arrived right on time and so did the crew. The work was done within 2 days and looks terrific! No odd blemishes or weird spots that need fixing! YAY! At the time, we only had AV do the front of the house as that had exposed wood we wanted covered right away. The rest of the house already has aluminum siding - but the vinyl looks so terrific and AV was so great to work with we are having the rest of the house done in vinyl next spring!

I reached out to Al in April after a referral from my next door neighbor. He came over and discussed the project/process of tearing off and replacing our roof. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. After delivering a proposal we decided to wait until after the summer to get the project done. In the 4 months inbetween, we remained in communication to make sure things were still on schedule to get done in September. The project was done in a little over 2 days, largely due to weather conditions that cut some work time short. Over Friday and Sat and in largely unpleasant weather, the large crew quickly tore off and repaired the roof, all while keeping things organized, and talking with me during the whole process. When it was over, they were very thorough with the clean up. The new roof looks great!

Al and his dad came to our house and were very professional, courteous and down to earth. My husband and I liked them immediately. We had already received 2 estimates to install new vinyl siding on our house and detached garage. We don't necessarily choose a contractor by lowest bid, but Al's price was the best and we liked the idea of working with a small family owned business. We had to receive approval from the Gates Mills Board, so both Al and his dad went to the meeting to present our project before we even signed a contract with them. Gates Mills required some changes in product and design that caused an increase in price, and Al discussed all details and price differences with us so there were no surprises once the job started. He also did not ask for any down payment or deposit, but payment in full once the job was finished and we were completely satisfied. Al's crew were professional, on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up everything. They installed heavy duty corner posts (which we hadn't even thought to ask about), "fluted" the casing around the front door for a more decorative look, and replaced all casings around the windows since Gates Mills did not allow "J" channels. In addition to installing new siding, our contract included all new gutters with leaf guard, new downspouts, 15 sets of louvered shutters, and replacement of automatic door, man door, and 2 windows on our detached garage. On the day the work was to be completed, we met Al to walk the job. We found a few things which they took care of right away. A few weeks later, we discovered a couple minor issues which were taken care of in a timely manner. In addition to this job, we also hired Al's company to replace our barn roof. It was a complete tear down and included some plywood that needed replaced. Al has a separate roofing crew, and we were unsure of doing both these jobs due to the cost, but he offered us a discount which we couldn't pass up. Our barn roof was in pretty bad shape, and after the winter we had, we definitely made a good decision to have it done. Just like their siding crew, the roofing crew did an excellent job. We found no evidence of the tear down since they did such a good job cleaning up. Bottom line is our home and garage look brand new! Do not install in the winter. They said it would take 1 week but it took almost 3 months because of the weather. Their prices were the mid range. The quality of the work was fine. They were not responsive. They kept pushing off the job. I would use them again if I can put a start and stop date in the contract.

Two day job on the house next door. The workmen asked whether they could pull their truck into my drive to clean roofing material from beside my neighbor's house. My wife initially said yes, but then when she needed to get her car out of our driveway the workmen gave her a hard time wanting to know how long she would be gone and when she would be back.

When they got finished I looked through the creep space and I could see light going through. They came back and I found out they didn't have any roofing paper in my touble area. They told me I didn't need weather stripping and I live by the lake so I'm not sure why they said that. The shingles have blown away and they never came back to fix it. They didn't do the weather stipping like they promised. They subcontracted the service for the shingles and the subcontractor left beer cans in my front yard.

AV called and gave me about 24 hours notice that they would start the job on August 2nd and expected it to take 2-3 days. They did a great job with protecting my plantings and cleaning up - I found 1 small piece of shingle in the flower bed and that was it. They moved everything off my deck which included a lot of potted plants, covered the deck, flower beds, drives with tarps as well as lower windows when tearing off the old roof. I had also asked then to remove my TV antenna permanently and there was a downspout that had come loose on the upstairs walkout which they fixed. The original estimate was significantly lower than the final cost. When It original roofing was removed there were gaps in the slats on the roof that required adding plywood sheeting and this was explained and very obvious once I could see it. As a result the cost increased approximately $3000 from the original estimate and the owner did include a partial discount since it was so much more than anticipated. This also contributed to the job taking longer than expected. I did need to request that shingles be trimmed along an upstairs door frame and that the lightening rods be replaced along the ridge line and they promptly returned and completed those tasks. And yes... I would use this company again but I sure hope I don't need another roof for a very long time.

Al's guys were always prompt and do beautiful work. If I wasn't happy with how something looked it was redone without complaint. 2 windows received were defective. Have NOT received replacements. Have not heard from Al. Hours after I paid received a $500 off coupon in the mail with no restrictions, when I sent Al a text about coupon he said and quot;Ha. That's ok u got a great price!!!and quot; Al did not offer to return my $500. I had originally planned to use this company for insulation and siding too. I will NEVER do business with this company again and will tell everyone I know why!

AV Remodeling was very professional and offered competitive pricing. The company president was extremely pleasant. They removed three layers of shingles from my roof, placed IceGard in required areas and also in additional areas. Clean up was excellent. I contacted the inspector for the City of Euclid once the job was completed and learned that the company had done a fantastic job, especially by providing additional IceGard in non-required areas. Speaking to the City Inspector about the quality of work gave me added satisfaction about the company's ability to do good work. The company requested no money down and only accepted payment when I was completely satisfied with their work.

He was willing to help me out w/ financing. Prompt and took care of everything like he said he would. I would hire him again.

They did well and I am happy about their work. I feel that I had to pay a little bit more because they used subcontractors, but they did good work. Cleaned up behind themselves.

I called and set up and appointment for an estimate but the company rep didn't show up and didn't call me.
