+ -1 moreAfter months of confusion as we tried to figure out the A/V system in our new home, we contacted AUDIO CRAFT to come by and take a look at it. Doug B. came over and hooked up everything and programmed our universal remote to control every component in the room. He went above and beyond our wildest expectations. He was incredible and the fee was extremely reasonable. We had contacted other providers, who were trying to charge us close to $400 for the same type of work. Doug did more than we expected and took the time to explain everything and walk us through the new set-up. I can't recommend this company enough!!! I will be using them for all my A/V needs in the future and recommending them to everyone I know!

+ -1 moreI had extreme buyer’s remorse for the money I was spending. That all went away when I turned everything on. I have an incredible system. I dealt with Roger and informed him I had considered a competitor but wanted to see what they could do. He listened to my needs and made suggestions. The other company seemed to be interested in a quick sale. Not them! Roger gave me a proposal for the work and equipment. I shopped around and could find no better deal. So I received a great price, a great system (all from his recommendations) and am enjoying it everyday. With quality, you will spend money. But they will give you what you are expecting in service, experience and quality product.
Description of Work: Advised on what system I should buy: speakers, reciever, stands, projector and screen. Also gave details on installation.

+ -1 moreWe've dealt with them for thirty years. They're good guys. The father runs it, and we've known the son since he was a teenager, but this was a very frustrating experience with them. They're normally a good company, but this one was bad.
Description of Work: We bought a new HD TV and they installed it. They brought in this new fancy TV and didn't tell us that we only get 19 HD channels and that the rest of them don't come out well. We had a fantastic TV before; everything came out well. The new TW hasn't been wired properly, and then we didn't know how to use the controls because they gave us a universal remote but they didn't program it properly, so we couldn't watch TV for days because we couldn't get a picture.

+ -1 moreThis project involved considerable engineering expertise because of the necessary drilling and the location of components in an adjacent room. We had a number of glitches from the first day, but the company willingly took care of all the details until I was totally happy with the project.
