Description of Work: Annual furnace check. Replaced flame sensor at my request(could have been cleaned); cleaned contacts & replaced batteries in thermostat.(I supplied batteries). | The cost of service includes the "Home Smart" plan which is a yearly plan that includes one heating check & one AC check with other potential savings on parts, etc..(flame sensor part was $94) (annual plan was 120 with senior citizen discount.) | Service was professional & thorough. |
