 + -1 moreWHAT STARTED OUT AS A BAD EXPEREINCE WAS ONLY MADE WORSE WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR SITE. THEY WERE ANTAGONISTIC, UNFRIENDLY, AND QUITE UNRESPONSIVE.
Description of Work: ONLINE AUCTION HOUSE EXTENDED AUCTION WITHOUT INFORMING BIDDERS. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND TELL HER THAT I WOULD MAKE A REPORT TO OTHERS, I WAS TOLD, 'WE DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO THOSE BOY'S CLUBS. SO WE DON'T CARE WHO YOU TELL.' WHEN I ASKED TO WHAT PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS OR STATE LICENSING THEY WERE SUBJECT, I WAS TOLD, 'WE CIRCUMVENT STATE REGULATIONS OF OUR AUCTIONS BY BEING A WEB AUCTION HOUSE ONLY.'
