It went very well. The drain was clogged quickly and the bathroom looked exactly as it did before he arrived. Very pleased!

On site for approx 45 minutes to snake drain for a sink in the guest bathroom. Cleaned up well after work, no complaints as the work was completed. Inquired about also cleaning a slow draining tub, but responded that our coupon was good for only one cleaning. Got the job done, but could have offered a added charge for remediating the problem with the tub.

Went well. I thought the price was too high even though I had a coupon that lowered it to $100.00.

It was okay. The service was good but I thought they were overpriced.

Had leak with old disposal. Vendor responded within 2 hrs. Provided new unit Satisfied customer

I engaged this service provider via a special deal coupon that I purchased ( pay fifty dollars for one hundred dollars worth of service). I have this small all house water filter that is old and I could not get it open to replace the filter. The price given me was 129.00 to replace the filter. The plumber set out to do this but the unit turned out to need replacing. I agreed to have it replaced by this provider. The end cost was 388.50 - I paid 288.50 with my previous purchase of the coupon. This filter is not an expensive unit - you can buy it for under 40.00 from Amazon. The plumbing on either side of the unit needed replaced - but I still found this to be too expensive. The plumber had to leave to purchase a filter, but the actual time to replace it was very short. I don't think that using this pay ahead plan of purchasing a coupon of 100.00 of service for 50.00 worked out well for me. I would have done better to pick a provider on Angie's list based on reviews. This is just my humble opinion regarding cost.I would not use this provider again nor recommend them, because I had a strong gut feeling that I could not trust the provider. Again -this is in my humble opinion.

Everything was great. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves.

I own several rental properties and have a GOOD understanding of maintenance, electrical and plumbing. However I hire pros to do this kind of work. I needed a simple replacement of a tub and shower unit in a house. I know this is about a one hour job normally. Therefore I thought $99 for $200 of labor was more than enough! the tech arrived, took a very quick look at the tub and said'Let me get you an estimate'. I said "Why do I need one, I just paid for $200 of labor and this is a simple job. 'Not for us', he replied! Then he gave me an estimate of $445 for the job!!!! Now taking off the $200 would mean I would have to pay $245 plus the $99 or a total of $344 for a minor plumbing job like that!!! S total RIP OFF! Read the other reviews and NEVER call these guys no matter what the deal looks like!!

To begin with,he was 2 hours late( because of the rain the day before??) To replace a screw in the tank,it took him at least two hours.When he was done,"he wasn't sure if that was the problem" I did not find him very professional.He tried to hustle me,telling me "I should probably get this done and that done" In the end,I should have just gotten a new toilet,but not from ARS.His price quote was far out of my price range.I would never recommend ARS Rescue Rooter to anyone.This was my first bad experience with Angies List.It reminded me of my past experiences with many bozo's before I joined Angies.

They installed a toilet for me. They did a good job.

The work was done quickly and professionally.

THe drain worked ok but then started being a bit slow again within a few months. The serviceman was professional as was the staff. In my first contact with them, the plumber was late, arriving outside the time frame i was given.I got quotes for other work, which were about 50% higher than quotes from other plumbers. I only had the kitchen sink snaked.

Everything goes OK. It's a 20 minute job. The technician did not honor the $50 coupon for $100.00 service. He deducted only $20.00 from the bill, citing that he already gave discount(?). 20 minute job totally costs over $200.00. Angie member shall think twice to use this company.

It turned out okay. They came out in a week. They handled it well but they were pricy. The only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t negotiate. I would consider using them again after getting a second opinion on the price.

Scheduling was very good with them.

Technician had problems with owner- supplied new high- tech toilet valve, so he used one of his from the truck. Also had problems with owner-supplied kitchen faucet insert ( ( " lifetime warranty on parts" from Pfister ). The two- hour window was closing, and tech was tired from long working hours on other jobs (busy time due to weather ), so I was not too demanding that the kitchen faucet needed more attention. I later called another plumber and the kitchen faucet hookup was completed satisfactorily.

Faucet was installed nicely but the drain that was provided was not replaced. Now there is a Moen faucet with a Delta drain. Did not realize how expensive it would be to replace a faucet. In the future I will do it myself.

I am very pleased. Darryl was extremely professional. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. He also gave some sound advice about maintaining my home overral.

He did a good job with the drain cleaning in a bathroom tub. The technician was courteous, professional and clean.

The work was OK. They were prompt and they seemed knowledgeable and conscientious but there was an issue with an employee; they rectified this issue promptly. They need to be more careful vetting their employees.

It turned out fine. We had them put a new valve in the basement for our watershed. The plumber was fairly efficient. They got back with us quickly after we bought the deal, and scheduled us quickly as well.

It turned out okay. I had some drain covers that were impeding the flow of the liquid in the sink. He made an adjustment to the washers to increase the efficiency of the flow. It took him only 90 minutes to do the work.

They were good. The one plumber was at the home for 30-45 minutes
