Description of Work: Unclogged a drain from a bathroom sink and replaced the drain mechanism on a bathtub.

Description of Work: They just used up the $200 voucher (cost $99) to repair the turn handle from tub to shower. I did not want to put alot more into it right now due to other costly repairs I had just had with my house. He made repairs instead of replacing and said it probably needed full replacement, but replaced the O rings and made other adjustments. Its not leaking now, so I am hoping its going to last.

Description of Work: They replaced a toilet.they added on items to boost the price uo. We ended up quarreling on the price. It was upsetting. Never again.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's Big Deal to buy $200 of plumbing service for $99. I applied that toward to the total cost. Steve removed the original (c. 1968) shower faucet (2 handles, diverter, valves, tub spout) and replaced with a faucet I purchased (2 handles, diverter, valve, fittings, tub spout, shower pipe and shower head.) He also installed a shut-off valve from the panel since there was not one. The work required access through a panel in the next room, soldering, and adjusting so it all fit through the existing openings in the tile surround. He left once for about an hour to get a part, which he apparently had to drive some distance to get. Steve was professional, friendly, prompt, as well as patient when the mid-20th c. arrangements did not yield easy to 21st century plans. He adjusted the price to accommodate that I bought my own faucet. Overall, I was pleased with the work, the experience, and my MUCH improved shower.

Description of Work: Replaced some plumbing parts in shower to stop a leak. But after doing so, it leaked worse than before and they had to come back to finish the job. I had to shut down the water system until they could get back. They didn't do much cleanup and left a hole in the wall. It does seem to be fixed now, however, so I have mixed feelings about the job they dud.

Description of Work: The provider called in the morning, asking if it was ok for a worker to come out early. After confirming that someone would be at the house, they did not show up until two hours after the originally scheduled time, no call and no explanation as to why they were late. The worker walked into my house, stated that I needed to put my dog away because he does not like dogs. This is my house and my dogs can go wherever they want and be as protective as they want. Throughout the entire time the man was here, he was rude, extremely bossy, and inappropriate. When I explained what was needed to be done, he rudely told me that there was no way it could be done because the part that was bought was not right. He was unwilling to wait while I got the new part, even though I had waited over 4 hours for him to show up. When he was finished, the check was wrote and he walked out, leaving my kitchen a mess, the invoice on my counter and not saying a word. I would not recommend this company to anyone until they work on their customer service skills.

Description of Work: snaked out basement drain. i paid 99 for 200 worth of plumbing. they sent a man whom i have learned was probably not a plumber but a technician working off a plumbers license. he was here less than 15 mins snaked drain. it was working when he left. a few days later same problem. they did come back and snake again and it worked again for a while. hired master plumber to fix. bill skora owner bjs plumbing fixed my problem and told me you should never hydrojet a residential property which is what they wanted to do next. again i am not sure about first guys credentials. he may be a plumber and not a tech. to be fair they came out twice and were willing to come out a third and final time under the $200 service. i was glad i hired bill instead
