Description of Work: Exceptional service. I Kelly at 8:03; by 8:30 the plumber was on his way from a previous job. Nick arrived promptly, diagnosed the plumbing problem, presented an estimate, completed the repair, and was out the door by 10 am. Always courteous and totally professional.

Description of Work: Life saver! One day before the Thanksgiving holiday, our kitchen sink clogged! Rescue Rooter came out within the time frame quoted, quickly unclogged the sink and cleaned up he price was reasonable too. The plumber that came out was very friendly. We will definitely use Rescue Rooter if the need arises again.

Description of Work: They came out to fix my faucet but wanted to completely replace it rather then repair. They were running late and didn't arrive on time. Then gave a high quote for the job when the eventually arrived. Didn't go through with the service.

Description of Work: I was under the impression that the $100 value Angie's List deal would be enough to install a faucet. When he got here, he explained that it would not cover it. He quoted me $300, I said that was ridiculous. He said he would take an hour which would be $300 an hour for a small service.

+ -1 moreMY FIRST CONVERSATION WITH RESCUE ROOTER WAS AT 6 P.M. AND THEY HAD A MAN AT MY HOUSE BY 9:45 THE NEXT MORNING. HAPPILY, ONCE THE CARPET WAS PULLED AWAY, IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THE WATER WAS COMING FROM THE BASE OF THE TOILET (AND NOT FROM A LEAKY WATER LINE). WITHIN 45 MINUTES BILL HAD THE TOILET REMOVED, THE SEAL REPLACED AND EVERYTHING CLEANED UP. ALTHOUGH HE HAD INDICATED THAT THE FLANGE MIGHT ALSO NEED TO BE REPLACED (FOR AN ADDITIONAL $75), IT TURNED OUT THAT THIS DIDN'T NEED TO BE DONE. (I APPLAUD ANY SERVICE PROVIDER WHO COULD ADD ON SOME UNNECESSARY WORK AND EXPENSE BUT DOESN'T!!!)ARS RESCUE ROOTER CALLED FIRST THING IN THE MORNING TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT AND AGAIN LATER TO LET ME KNOW EXACTLY WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE. THIS IS A REAL PLUS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE TAKING TIME OFF FROM THEIR JOB TO HAVE WORK DONE! HATS OFF TO RESCUE ROOTER AND BILL.

LINDA AND MIKE ESPECIALLY WERE VERY PATIENT AND ACCOMMODATING EACH TIME I CALLED. THE WORK WAS RESCHEDULED THREE TIMES AND WE WERE DRIVEN CRAZY, BUT ARS NEVER STOPPED PROVIDING EXCELLENT SERVICE.
