Description of Work: We ordered 2 leather couches, a chair and ottoman last September and were told that they would be delivered between mid to late December..........Nothing arrived so I called them around the first of january and they said "oh yeah....that's not OUR issue...it's the manufacturer that is late"........I told them to call us EVERY week with updates....which they did for 2 weeks......then nothing after that.........finally in mid February they called and said they would deliver the furniture but not until I paid the second half of my bill (they had $5000 of my money since September)......I said no...they dropped off the furniture then used my credit card from the initial purchase date to take the money from my account (just yesterday received a note from them).......all this without my approval........BTW...insult to injury is that when I called in January to voice my concern over non delivery they said "geez we're sorry...we will give take $300 off the bill (wow...3%)....which they never did........They also misspelled my name in their records so they could never find my account....and, in fact, one day asked me "if they should correct the spelling of my name in the system".......there was silence on my end of the phone....huh?

The quality of the couches for the amount we paid is totally unacceptable. When we ordered the couches, we were never told that we had cushion stuffing options. We received two couches with foam stuffing and one couch that has down feathers. The down feathers are constantly poking out of the cushion and into our back. Furthermore, the down feather couch is worn out after a year of use. After a short period of time sitting on it, your back starts to hurt.
Description of Work: We purchased three couches and two arm chairs. We also had one of their service men come out shortly after we made the purchase, to look at the poor quality of furniture that we received. He agreed with us that the quality was unacceptable and said that someone would be getting back to us, but no one ever did and we have been left with couches that leave us and our guests with backpain.

Description of Work: Initially stopped in wanted an item clerk not nice not for sale despite no sign. Emailed manager John and very quick response and able to sell me the product. Very very nice to work with.
