Description of Work: I called twice and left message both times, once by voicemail and once with a person. I explained what I needed both times and the person I talked to said he would talk to the boss and call me back. Nobody ever called me. It could be that my job was too small for them (I needed some work done on an existing window) but they could have had the courtesy to call me back, especially since doing a small job could lead to one of the larger jobs I will need help with in the future. Very poor customer relations.
