+ -1 moreI didn’t spend anything, but they repaired what I needed. It was under warranty. The job went well. They were quick and took care of the problem. They replaced the cellphone in about 30 minutes. I will use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreThe store was very nice and all the latest models. It was interesting that all the people in the store were over 50. The store also offers classes for the computers and Ipods. He said it would take a week but think I got it back sooner.
Description of Work: There was something wrong with the motherboard and they fixed it. There was no charge because I was under warranty.

+ -1 moreEvery time we go to this store, they are always really busy. They were so busy the day we went in, we had to make an appointment. The staff is nice here, but it's not the best atmosphere because of the big crowd.
Description of Work: We bought our iMac here. We had a problem with the cord on our iMac. It was fraying, so we took it in to see if they could repair it. They gave us a new one, but they told us the next time it happened we would have to pay for it because it wouldn't be covered under the warranty.

+ -1 moreMy iPhone was still covered under warranty. It went excellently. They have wonderful customer service there. They are very informative when you are asking them questions. They also offer free classes that are also very informative.
