 + -1 moreTHEY NEVER CALLED TO EVEN GIVE ME AN UPDATE OR TO APOLIGIZE FOR THE DELAY. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AND AM SHOCKED AT THE UNPROFESSIONALISM THAT THEY DISPLAYED.
Description of Work: I ORDERED A DRESSER AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 5 WEEKS. 4 1/2 MONTHS LATER AND SEVERAL CALLS, I STILL DID NOT HAVE MY DRESSER. WE ORDERED THE DRESSER ON 10/2/03. THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER, WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD BE COMPENSATED IF IT TOOK MUCH LONGER. THEN WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 10-12 WEEKS INSTEAD OF THE 5 WEEKS THAT WAS ORIGINALLY STATED ON MY PAID RECIEPT. THE LAST TIME I CALLED THEM, ON 2/16/04, AND TOLD THEM IF I DID NOT HAVE MY DRESSER THAT NIGHT, I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. THE OWNER OF THE SHOP NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS, AND WE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN COMPENSATED LIKE WE WERE PROMISED.
