Description of Work: Initially, the sales rep came to my house, was very professional and courteous. I was told that it would take 5-6 weeks to obtain city permit and have fencing come in. It took about 5 weeks. An ornamental, black, aluminum fence was put in my front yard within one day. I had 2 gates placed, so they came back a few days later after the concrete had settled to hang the gates. The owner of the company came to do this.Overall, I was very pleased with the work done-and I love my new fence!

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE FROM THE FIRST CALL TO THE LAST. THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY FOR A REVIEW OF THE PROJECT AND AN ESTIMATE. EVEN THOUGH THE START DATE WAS DELAYED BY RAIN, THEY PROVIDED CONTINUAL UPDATES WHEN THEY PLANNED TO START THE JOB AND THROUGHOUT THE TEAR DOWN AND INSTALLATION SO THAT WE WERE INFORMED ABOUT EVERY ASPECT OF THE PROJECT. THEY CLEANED UP THE SITE WELL, AND EVEN THOUGH A COUPLE OF SMALL SHRUBS WERE DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION, THE OWNER IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT AND AGREED TO KNOCK A BIT OFF THE FINAL BILL FOR THE REPLACEMENT VALUE OF THE SHRUBS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, THE COMPLETED FENCE IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE (SLIGHTLY LESS EVEN) TO THE OTHER TWO BIDS WE RECEIVED.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED AN OLD FENCE THAT HAD PARTIALLY FALLEN DOWN AND REPLACED THE ENTIRE FENCE WITH A NEW STYLE.

I HAD HIGH HOPES FOR THIS COMPANY, GIVEN THE FAVORABLE COMMENTS ON ANGIE'S LIST, AND THE CONTACTS MANNER ON THE PHONE WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I WAS DISAPPOINTED AND INCONVENIENCED WHEN THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP.
