AMD ROOFING

They completed the work a day ahead of the scheduled day, matched the shingles as close as possible. Then my husband asked him about replacing all the gutters and adding gutter guards. He gave us a price on those also which weren't covered by the insurance but needed to be replaced. They did the gutter work a day or two later. We were very happy with the work and Anthony's time explaining everything to us. We will definitely recommend him to others.

Called on a Friday morning to get estimate for leaky roof. Roofer told us that if he couldn't get over that day (Friday), he'd definitely be over at 10:00 am the following day (Saturday). He never showed up and never called. We understand things come up, but a phone call would have been nice, so we weren't sitting around waiting for a roofer that never came. We will not be calling him again.

Job never got started. They estimated the job back in August and told me they would be able to start early October. They pushed the date back every time I called. They kept saying that they'd get started in a week or two. I wish they would have just told me that they wouldn't be able to do it so I could have found someone else.

I wish that I had more to say. The company went AWOL in me.

It went very good. They did excellent work.

They were wonderful and very easy to work with. They had the best quote of any company I contacted and all the employees were very easy to communicate with. They thoroughly cleaned up and followed up with me after the job. About 6 months later, one of the awnings was moving and loose because of the wind. They came out on the same day to tighten all the awnings free of charge. I highly recommend them.

Not good. After the work was done, the leak continued. Could not get a return call (tried for 2 days). Eventuually another roofer came out and determined the leak was not a roofing issue but and AC drip pan in the attic.

I would recommend AMD to anyone they were prompt and their attention to detail was outstanding. There were no hidden costs or any surprises. They cleaned up every nail, shingle and plastic strip. The roof looks great. Again A++++

The guy was very professional when he came out. He listened to what we needed and looked over everything. He wasn't the cheapest and he wasn't the highest either. We had seen some of his reviews on Angie's list. He gave us the quote and some people also said that he shows up on time. It's a small business. We liked the fact that he does not sub contract out. We didn't want a company that would sub contract their work. He was always out on time. When he was running a few minutes late, he would call and inform. He was very professional. I would probably use his services again in the future.

They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them. His price is what he said it would be. He was on time. I know he was very busy at the time but he was still on time with everything and did a good job. He has a great personal and he was friendly.

Anthony responded quickly to my call and came over the next day. He and his crew were professional, curteous and friendly. Anthony spent a good amount of time explaining things to me, which was really appreciated.

We had problems with ice dams the winter before, and it looked like water was starting in near the addition ceiling. I pretty much freaked out, and AMD came out promptly and gave us a good price (since normal people don't get roofs in the winter lol). They started as soon as there was a slight break in the weather, cleaned up as best they could in the snowbanks, and came back and cleaned up the yard more thouroghly in the spring. I had a shingle pop up and leak in November and they returned and fixed it promptly. They also stuck a pole down my roof stack at that time because we were having a problem with a blockage. They are a good company.

Great customer service - had an estimate in less than 4 hours and the next day problem with roof was fixed!

Roof over 16 years old and needed replaced prior to putting house on market to sell. AMD provided the best estimates. Work completed in 2 days with excellent service. Anthony responded to all calls and questions in a timely fashion. Called back a month later when issues with leaking noted in the attic from the air conditioner (slab house - some of the tubing runs through the attic) and after a prompt response from Anthony, noted that it was not AMD's fault, but they fixed it anyway at no additional charge!! Will be moving in the near future and will definitely call AMD again for future roofing/gutter needs.

They were efficient and got the work done in 2 days. Because of bad weather the job was delayed for several months but that was not the company's fault. They needed to have 2-3 days to do the job. When the weather cooperated they came right out and completed the job. The job cost slightly higher than the estimate but we knew that we would be charged a certain amount for replacement of the roofing boards.

Anthony came the following day after I had called to schedule a roof estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and thorough in explaining the process and materials to be used. After receiving 2 other estimates I chose to go with AMD for their pricing, experience and meticulousness. At this point, I asked Anthony to add on the reroof of the garage and replacement of a rotted fascia board along one side of the garage. This added an extra $800 dollars to my original estimate of $3750. However, I failed to get a copy of the new estimate in writing. I was told they'd begin work the first week of May. By May 11th, I had to call Anthony to find out if he planned to still do the roof. He scheduled me then for the next two days. Anthony's team began on May 12th and completed the work on May 13th. They did a beautiful job and the clean up was immaculate. Anthony returned on May 15th to collect his check and also to provide me with a fence estimate. I was planning to hire Anthony to remove an old chain link fence and replace it with a vinyl privacy fence. He took the measurements that day and told me he'd drop the fence estimate along with a copy of the work order/receipt for my roof, since I still did not have one. I had to call Anthony three times over the next two weeks in order to obtain the documents. At this point, I was very upset that he was not following through with the paperwork on the roof. Having the fence done by him was no longer an option I wanted to pursue. When I finally received the roof receipt, I was disappointed to see that it was not the original and he had written the estimate as $4700 to make it look like I got a lower price then what I actually had to pay (estimate was $4550, I paid $4625). Also, it did not list the fascia board replacement that I know he had written on the estimate when I had added the garage roof. My fascia board was NOT replaced and now I have nothing to prove he said he'd do it. Also, Anthony had recommended at our initial meeting to have whatever contractor I hired take pictures at each process to verify that all materials I paid for were used and also to have documentation of what was done to the roof should I decide to sell my home. Following his recommendation, I requested Anthony take pictures but I have never received them. While Anthony did a great job on the roof and had a great sales pitch, I found him to be lacking in some other vital areas of business such as paperwork and follow-through.

They were on time. I can't say anything about the workers. I would call them back again. The roof on the garage was my only complaint. They should have done it all. I think the price could have been better.

Anthony repaired the roof over my addition at a wonderful price. He was prompt in responding to my inquiry and added proper drainage and a gutter as well. He told me that I wouldn't even know his guys had been there and he was right! He had to call and tell me the work was done because they left my yard spotless! I would definitely recommend him as he did not make me feel like my job was too small.

He was very prompt, courteous and nice. He didn't even charge me! My first impression of him was excellent!

Anthony was the only one I felt comfortable with. I felt he was honest and trust worthy. So he and his crew did a complete tear-off and and new roof. They completed the job in as little as 2 1/2 days. They did a wonderful job protecting the yard and flower beds by tarping off the house as they went along. The clean up they did every night was outstanding. After all was said and done, they did a beautiful job!

Tony and his crew were outstanding. They provided a solid service and used excellent roofing materials, made in the USA. They were on time, on budget, friendly, and well, more than I could have hoped for. They cleaned up the roofing site each day they were here. They were so good I thought for a while maybe they were all Marines! I went on to hire AMD to replace the siding on my house, too!

He had a nice voice over the phone, but I think this might have been a small job for them. They were not very punctual about doing what they said they would do. There were a series of excuses that they gave me.

The work was performed ahead of schedule and on budget. In addition AMD cleaned up the area around the house very well. AMD was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them.

After installation of gutters, there was a problem with the roof. The problem was due to the jerks that installed the roof in 1995. Not Anthony's fault at all. He came back the next day and installed a temporary fix to the problem at no charge. He is a credit to his profession. When the time comes to replace the roof, there is no other company I would hire. Anthony is the man. I highly recommend to anyone, who wants a new roof or new gutters, to give Anthony a call.
