Description of Work: The windows were installed in July. Many windows had to be replaced. The job is still not finished. We are still waiting for three more windows to be replaced that were made wrong. The windows were sold by Empire Windows but the installers were Alside. A lot of confusion and miscommunication. I give them an F because of all of this. We have not paid off the bill yet because you don't sign off the job until it is finished. I am not sure why there were so many problems. I hope other people who decide to use them have a better experience.

 + -1 moreWe had a problem with one of the sliding glass doors but the salesman as well as the manager righted the problem to our satisfaction and were very prompt and professional in the process.
Description of Work: We ordered a French door to complete a 4-season room, and had previously purchased two sliding glass doors to replace the old ones in the house we purchased in March.
