Description of Work: I had this company come out on three separate occasions. Each of which they did not show up for the scheduled date at least once. They sprayed the house for carpenter ants although they seemed to have very little knowledge about what they were doing. One gentleman simply told me "I'm doing all that I know how to do ma'am". Overall, I paid $178, had my house sprayed with poison three times and we still have ants. They may even be worse than they were before I called. It would have been nice to have someone who could have given me a little more insight about the problem and what they or I could do to resolve it.

Description of Work: Used this company for over 20 years to be our exterminator for the house and yard and the last several years they repeatedly came w/o all the proper tools or spray to do a good job. One tiime I need the area around the kitchen sink creamed for ants and the contractor who came to our home did not have the solution and promised to come back. He never did. The prices for the monthly visits were erratic and after talking to the boss the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. Left this company for Hoban exterminators.

Estimate was $120 including 1 return trip within 30 days. They will try to find where they are coming in from but no repairs done. Believe they use tracking powder, glue boards, D-con, etc. for a crawlspace.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, THE TREATMENT WORKED, AND THEY ARE VERY WILLING TO SHARE INFORMATION WITH YOU ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WANT TO SIGN UP FOR THE QUARTERLY PROGRAM, WHERE THEY SPRAY INSIDE AND OUT, BUT I WANT THE MSDS SHEETS ON THE CHEMICALS THEY SPRAY INSIDE, AND THEY'VE BEEN A LITTLE SLOW IN GETTING THOSE TO ME. THAT'S MY ONLY COMPLAINT ABOUT THEM.

THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. THEY CALL TO REMIND US IT IS TIME TO RESPRAY, WHICH IS NICE. I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM OUT TWICE TO TAKE CARE OF A WINGED ANT PROBLEM AND THEY DO SO QUICKLY. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO A FRIEND/NEIGHBOR AND SHE IS PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE ALSO.

HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK OUT TO RE-SPRAY, AS WE CONTINUED TO SEE ANTS WITHIN DAYS AFTER THE FIRST VISIT. THEY WERE WILLING TO COME BACK OUT AND RE-SPRAY FOR FREE, BUT WONDER IF THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB THE FIRST TIME AROUND.
