Called for an estimate, Victor came out the next day. Victor called back me with an estimate NO written estimate. I called him back a couple of days later, with ,some question and to let him know I wanted the work done. He could not answer any of my question because he could not remember what the job looked like. So unprofessional

They found some issues with the way the builder had originally installed the fence, which was improperly. So this made the job more difficult than originally expected. But Victor is very experienced and was able to figure out a way to handle the situation and make it work. He got the fence level and was very thorough about cleaning up. It's a big plus to have someone with his level of experience on the job. You can be confident it will be done right.

I chose him because he seemed like he had some imagination; this was not a clear cut job. However, he never gave me a written estimate and left the material from the shed and foliage for me to haul away. He also broke a gate that he never came back and fixed. Two lattice sections behind the garage are bowing out. This really concerns me. When I called about this problem, he did come out, but told me to use string or twist ties to secure the lattice to the old lattice behind it. He did not offer to do anything. After spending $700, this is not acceptable.
