My Dryer was making a loud screaching noise when i turned it on. So I called All Appliance to come and look at it for me. Was told that the Drum Roller & Belt were bad and needed to be replaced and that he could put on a new Belt, Rollers and a Pully for $185.00+ tax. The Young Gentleman named Ray arrived @ 2:10pm and was done by pm. My appointment window was scheduled from 2pm -4pm. He was very nice man and was very efficient in doing the Job. I was pleased with there service. I will be calling them back if ever needed again.

Dan came and felt the air flow said it was poor, cleaned under the fridge, and said if this doesn't work we need to purchase a new fridge. The service didn't work! We called a different company for a second opinion, who came and fixed our air flow issue immediately and from that day on it worked. When we called Dan for a refund for his poor diagnosis, he claimed that he spent time to clean under the fridge from our pets that we never had! He also was astonished why we called another provider for a second opinion! Seriously dude - if you don't know appliances please don't attempt to fix anything. When we call a serviceman we expect someone that could help and not scam us out of a fee for coming out!

I called after 5 PM and he has an answering machine, I left a message. He called me back at 8:30 AM and came here at 10:30 AM to do the work. What I liked about him was that he asked a lot of questions when he called, so he could clarify the problem, and let me know he may not be able to get the part to fix an 8 year old refrigerator. He ended up getting the part and was finished in an hour and he cleaned up after himself. He was terrific.

They were great. It was too expensive to fix the washing machine so we ended up buying a new one. But they were fine. He was not pushy and told us straight up that it was not worth fixing. He was honest.

The people of Action Appliance & Repair were very shady and I want to warn people about him. They came and after 5 minutes they said they could not repair it. They also tried to sell me a less than year old refrigerator for $100 cash. It did not sound right and they made me very nervous. They charged me tax because I paid by check but, they told me that there would have been no tax if I had paid by cash. I think that is illegal. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life with someone coming to my house.

I have used All Appliance/ Jim Beeler for 3 or 4 years. He has always answered on my first call, gotten out to the job as quick as possible and given honest advice and repairs at a reasonable cost. Also, if he's not comfortable with a certain manufacturer or appliance, he'll tell you up front and direct you to another trustworthy repairman. I wish everyone I hired was as good as Jim.

I thought the guy was forthright an honest. He gave his initial impression, then upon testing it reevaluated his opinion. He told me that a new controller would cost a bundle, and since the reset seemed to solve the problem, that I was probably better off just paying his service charge and waiting to see if there were additional problems. He said he would waive the service fee to return if I had any other issues. Upon leaving, he said "no offense, but I hope I don't see you again on this one!" He could have tried to sell me a new pump or controller, but recommended the path of least cost. The only negative was there was some confusion on the appointment time. I was told someone would call me to confirm, he thought someone in the office was doing that and the office thought he was doing it himself. It wound up working out OK, but it had the potential to cause a problem. This is the only reason I am downgrading their score on responsiveness and punctuality. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend them.

I am happy with the work done so far. I have used this company in the past and have always had good experiences. They do not immediately jump to the "expensive" repair, but eliminate other possibilities first. I would not hesitate to call them again.

They had come out there when they said they would. They had it done on time. They had cleaned up everything when they were done working. They had come and looked at it and said I had needed a new one.

It turns out a friend of ours installed a new garbage disposal incorrectly and it caused the dishwasher which is connected to it not to function. The men were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dan had snow on his shoes and insisted he wipe our floor after he realized he had tracked in snow on the floor. I told him it was not necessary but he wouldn't take no for an answer. I had used this company before to fix our clothes washer and I was so impressed that I immediately called them back to fix our dishwasher. This company is excellent and DOES NOT charge a house call fee if the work is done by them at the time of their service call to your home so there is no added cost unlike most appliance repair companies. It is refreshing to work with a company that is reasonable and honest. In today's world, integrity is a seldom witnessed quality.

He came on a holiday, we called him the day before. He was excellent, punctual and friendly. He was very polite and has reasonable prices. He is very professional. I'd highly recommend him. This was a emergency situation; it was leaking through the floor into the ceiling.

Jim was very friendly and efficient. Seemed like this was an easy task. He also gave me some pointers on changing from a wall/stove top model to an all-in-one stove/oven.

ON MY INITIAL PHONE CALL, I EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM (1-DOOR SPRING OFF AND WEIGHTY DOOR) TO JIM. HE GATHERED ALL THE APPLIANCE INFORMATION FROM ME AND WE SCHEDULED A TIME AT MY CONVENIENCE. JIM ARRIVED AT OUR HOUSE ON TIME, PREPARED WITH THE PROPER REPLACEMENT SPRINGS. HE COMPLETED THE SPRING REPLACEMENT AND LEVEL CHECK IN 15 MINUTES, WHICH ALSO INCLUDED A DISHWASHER TEST-RUN TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKED PROPERLY.

ARRIVED IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR. VERY NEAT & CLEAN, POLITE. ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS ABOUT AGING WASHING MACHINE.

HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND HE EVEN CLEANED BEHIND THE DRYER FOR US! HE WAS VERY NICE, REASONABLE AND I AM SATISFIED.

JIM CHECKED OUT THE FREEZER, AND TOLD ME THE COST OF REPAIRS WOULD BE AS MUCH AS REPLACING THE FREEZER (WHICH WAS ONLY 5 YEARS OLD!) HE WAS HERE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF MY CALL, AND ONLY CHARGED ME THE MINIMUM SERVICE FEE. WHAT GREAT SERVICE FOR AN EMERGENCY CALL! HE EVEN GAVE ME ADVICE ON A CLOTHES DRYER THAT HAS BEEN HAVING A FEW PROBLEMS. I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE HIM COME BACK WHEN IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

THE STAFF... FROM THE PHONE TO THE FIELD CREW... WERE RUDE AND UNPLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. WE WERE CHARGED ALMOST $40 FOR QUICK CONFIRMATION OF A BROKEN MOTOR, DESPITE THE $15 TRIP CHARGE QUOTED IN THEIR YELLOW PAGES AD, BECAUSE THAT CHARGE ''DOES NOT INCLUDE DIAGNOSIS.'' WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FUTURE REPAIRS.

SERVICEMAN WAS ON TIME, SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG, AND FIXED IT.

WE APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY WHEN HE TOLD US IT WOULD BE TOO EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR, AND WE WOULD BE BETTER OFF REPLACING THE WASHING MACHINE.

CALLED SAME MORNING CAME AND REPAIRED QUICKLY. KNEW WHAT WHAT PROBLEM WAS AND GAVE INFO ON HOW TO BETTER MAINTAIN MY DRYER. SHOWED ME PROBLEM AND I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH HIM.

THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY, THUS SAVING MY FOOD FROM SPOILING. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE.

I CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM HIGHER THAN I DID.

VERY HELPFUL. THEY TRY TO FIX IT BEFORE HAVING TO COME OUT.
