Description of Work: My washer was making a loud noise and I called them to come and look at it. Dan confirmed that it really couldn't be repaired and didn't charge me a thing. Also gave me an offer on a refurbished washer. Great service like in the old days.

Description of Work: I needed a repair on a Kenmore dryer. Dan repaired it in 10% of the time it would have taken me, and I would have probably called someone anyway. He diagnosed a heating element. He knew all the shortcuts to get to the heating element and my dryer was fixed in 20 minutes.

Description of Work: After looking at all new washer we decided we would take a chance at used they dont make things like they use to .so we stop at this place close to home we Bought a used washer from them at a great price . that also came with a 30 day warranty . nice bounus ! I did have to make that call around 5 pm they were at my house the very next day at 10am . very friendly and professional he knew right away what was wrong and it was human error not the machine at all . he still fixed the problem at no charge you don't find that much anymore . I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again if I have problems after my warranty and will definitely visit again when we need something else. Very satisfied customer .

Description of Work: Water heater - I had a new A/C and furnace installed and the force of my furnace kept blowing out the pilot light. The owner, Dan, made the service calls to my home approx. 4 times to relight it and replace parts. We were both perplexed as nothing worked the pilot light kept going out. Well I needed to take showers before work and I would call All Appliance to come out and relight it again and again. The owner was very patient and never charged me. Finally, he put a surround to block the air preventing the light from blowing out and now I to my delight I am back in business with hot water. I'm very pleased with All Appliance. Dan was very humane and professional and put my needs as a customer first. In future, I will use this company for all my appliance needs.

Description of Work: I used this company once before in '07 for the same thing. The heating element was out on my dryer.i place a call on friday 12/3 and was told that I would get a phone call the following morning with a time that they would come out.I did recieve the call and they came in the allotted time.They did not use shoe covers and smelled heavily like smoke. The dryer element was replaced and i was charged the same price as I paid in '07. While one man went out to get the part the other man was reading my mail that was on my counter. I asked him if he needed any information that that he was reading and put it down. after they left,I washed the floor and started 2 loads of laundry only to find out my dryer was not working.they have saturday hours until 5pm and advertise 24 hour emergency service. I called numerous times and let it ring forever. no answering service and I am now using my neighbors dryer.I will never use them again and hope others do not

Description of Work: Washer would not spin. Called to have serviceman check. Serviceman hit the reset button on top of the washer (took about 5 seconds) and immediately the washer was spinning. He told me the clutch was burned out and that it would be $225 plus tax to repair. How could this be known without even taking the cover off the washer? He may have been in front of the washer for 10 seconds at most. I DID NOT have the clutch replaced and only paid for the service call. I waited to submit this report to see if the washer had future issues and it has not. The washer is working just fine for a month now. I feel that the serviceman was just trying to make additional dollars for unnecessary repairs.

Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A MAYTAG DISHWASHER I HAD PURCHASED AT HOME DEPOT. THEY PICKED UP THE NEW DISHWASHER AT HOME DEPOT, BROUGHT IT TO MY HOME, REMOVED THE OLD UNIT AND PLACED IT ON THE TREE LAWN FOR TRASH PICKUP, AND INSTALLED THE NEW UNIT. IT WORKS FLAWLESSLY AND AT $85 TO DO THE WHOLE JOB, THIS WAS AN EXTRAORDINARY VALUE, IN MY OPINION.
