Alexander's Floral Designs

I called the florist to inquire about the flowers. The florist told me that they were not roses and they were not that expensive. I asked if they were supposed to look wilted and he said yes. He then basically hung up on me. I had called on my cell phone and had a bad connection, and I asked if he could call me back. When he called back, the first thing he said was "Make it quick, this is long-distance". I also looked up the flower on the internet and noticed that they looked similar to roses however did not look wilted.
