I worked directly with the owner, Alan Karpinec. I received his name from my insurance agent, who highly recommened him. Last winter, ice had damaged the entire gutter on the rear side of the house. It had also accumulated on the roof of the patio's aluminum awning, and its weight had severely dented the awning from front to back so that it was literally sagging in the middle. Alan replaced the entire gutter, removed the damaged awning, and replaced it with a vinyl Sunsetter awning. He did an excellent job. Unfortunately the Sunsetter awning was far too difficult to manipulate so I upgraded to a hassle-free Sunsetter. Alan will have to remove the current awning and replace it with the upgraded one. Of course, there will be an additional charge for the work, but I certainly understand that. Alan is extremely conscientious. When I had problems opening and closing the Sunsetter, it was easy to contact Alan directly since he always carries his cell phone with him and answers it immediately. Several times after having the new awning installed, I asked Alan to come to the house to make adjustments, which he readily agreed to do. He is extremely affable, personable, and anxious to please the customer. Who could ask for more!
