The company called to set up appointments and showed up for each on time. Estimate provided by Owner and the price quoted was exactly what I paid. The crew doing the installation accommodated my preferences - including changing the site for mounting a rain sensor and repositioning the plumbing for the valve control containers to a less obtrusive location. The crew was efficient and professional. The slit trenches for the piping were recovered completely; and unless you had watched the work being done, you wouldn't have any idea where they had been. The system works perfectly, and I don't know how the company could have done anything better.

Their field service professional is wonderful to work with. Very pleasant attitude. His name is Manny. I had some issues with follow through - that is the only reason i took 1/2 star off customer service. The issue is simply that there may be no existing process to capture the field rep's notes if follow-up is needed. I called to give them the proactive feedback and the receptivity to my comments was excellent. I am very happy.
