Description of Work: They installed my system and serviced it for many years. While we were on vacation, a valve malfunctioned, and water gushed out for 5 days. This was a valve that this company had recently replaced, and this was confirmed when the owner filled out the Plumbers Statement. The water and sewer bill were over $1500. The Water Dept decided that the problem was not theirs, but rather the contactor's. They suggested I contact the company. The company refused to accept the letters I sent twice by certified mail, and the owner refused to speak to me about the problem. And this is only the worst of a long list of problems with this company--difficulty scheduling and lack of well trained workers are also problems.
