real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreThe Appraisal report did not use like properties or note the updates (hvac, ect)made which add value. This company's web site touts complete knowledge of the area while their rep was from the far east side of the county. The report they produced did not impact the refinance, however this company will not be our choice in any future appraisals.
Description of Work: Problems setting appt for this home refi,when co rep did not call back in 15 min but 15 hrs.Appraiser for appt w no ID,NO PROFESSIONAL APPERANCE and walked through the property in 10 min taking room photos by only sticking his camera in rooms with out walking in the rooms.
