My wife received flowers after her father passed away. The driver was rude to my wife on the phone for not being home (she said she would deliver them sometime that day) because she was with her mother and I had to take the kids to school. I called to complain and after explaining the situation (nicely) and saying I would not recommend them or use them in the future - the person on the phone said "so what happened". I asked if she was listening to what I just told her and she said it was loud and she didn't hear anything (after saying ok like 10 times) and that I should not be rude to her (which I wasn't at that point). After hearing that I very quickly became very angry and used a couple descriptive words about how they run there business. She then hung up. The arrangement was nice, but not something you couldn't get somewhere else with good service and that is somewhat sympathetic - heck their delivery sympathy flowers. Just glad it was me that called and not my wife.
