They knew what they were doing. Experience is a definite plus. They were great workers and they did not attempt to sell me things that were not needed. Flat roofs can bring along several headaches and they were knowledgeable and gave me great advice.

I have used them before on my home. They put in a lot of lumber, they did a good job. They always clean up after themselves. I would use them again and would recommend them.

They came out and did an estimate and I paid them a down payment by check. I then decided the next day that it was an outrageous price and wanted to cancel the order. I have tried to get a hold of the company to let them know. I tried their business phone - left a message. I called the salesman who gave the estimate - left a message and then called again the next day and told him that I was canceling the job. President called me 8/8 apologized and I got check in the mail same day. He then called me 2 days later and asked if I called the company to tell them and I told him that I keep getting the voice mail and to leave a message. I called him back again and got him on his cell phone and told him I couldn't get through to them. I asked about the check and he told me that he dropped off the check yesterday and I asked him why he hadn't told them that the job was canceled. He told me he would get back to me, but I haven't heard anything else.

Ken was very professional. The people who did the chimney work did not clean up so good, and I think it is because they knew they roofer crew was coming.

They were a lot cheaper than one other company I looked at.

Absolute did a good job on the roof, they came with a full crew and worked consistently through the day. They even worked through a minor rain shower. The only complaint I have is that they would not honor an Angie's List coupon, but did discount a bit. Should not publish coupons that you do not honor. They work was well done though, the crew chief was very adamant about the clean up which was much appreciated.

The work was fine. They charge you to replace the plywood. He told me they wouldn't replace the entire piece if they didn't need to. They used all the plywood and added extra money to the bill. I also didn't like that they factored the coupon price into the estimate beforehand and they wouldn't let me use the coupon when I gave it to them after.

The gentleman Paul that I worked with was really great and very professional. I was really surprised by the price, but apparently that is the going price for this kind of work. The work crew though were slightly unprofessional, smoking on the job and blasting their music, but they were nice and explained all the work they had done.

Was on time. Was also able to work me in quickly for an appointment. Gave me a competitive quote, but I decided to go with another company simply because they could complete job sooner, and were using what I believe is a superior product for the flat roof covering.

Both Mike and Chris were professional and responsive from the first visit to the last. Crew was very pleasant, timely, and polite and considerate of the inconvenience. Cleaned up daily and thoroughly. Did what they promised on time. Finished work is very nice.

SALESMAN/ESTIMATOR PAUL GLOVER WAS VERY PROMPT, POLITE AND PUNCTUAL IN ALL OUR DEALINGS WITH HIM. HE MADE A VERY THOROUGH EXAMINATION OF THE ROOF INSIDE AND OUT BEFORE PREPARING HIS ESTIMATE. WE CHOSE THE COMPANY BASED ON THE ESTIMATE, WHICH WAS THE LOWEST OF THE THREE ESTIMATES WE SOLICITED AND BECAUSE OF THE PROFESSIONAL, NO-PRESSURE/NO-NONSENSE MANNER OF MR GLOVER. MUCH MORE BAD LUMBER WAS DISCOVERED AFTER THE ROOF TEAR-OFF THAN WAS ESTIMATED PER THE CONTRACT, THIS DID ADD $940 TO THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. WE WERE NOT UPSET OVER THIS ADDITIONAL COST HOWEVER, BECAUSE WE WERE FAIRLY WARNED BY THE COMPANY OF THIS POSSIBILITY AND NONE OF THE OTHER COMPANIES WERE ANY BETTER AT ANTICIPATING HOW MUCH WOOD NEEDED REPLACING. SOME GUTTER REPLACEMENT WAS ORIGINALLY PART OF THE SIGNED CONTRACT, BUT WAS NOT A NECESSARY JOB. THE COMPANY AGREED TO OUR REQUEST TO SKIP THAT TO HELP US AFFORD THE JOB. THE ROOFING CREW WAS OK, NOT GREAT. CLEAN-UP JOB WASN'T BAD, NOT GREAT. THE CHIMNEY CREW WAS EXCELLENT.

BILL WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH, & VERY PROMPT & EFFICIENT IN GETTING OUT TO SEE US & GETTING US A QUOTE. HE IS ONE OF THE FRONT RUNNERS IN GETTING THIS REPAIR.

THEY CAME OUT THAT AFTERNOON, WERE PUNCTUAL, RESPONSIVE AND THEY REALLY LISTENED TO MY NEEDS. THEY ARE ACTUALLY HOLDING SAMPLES FOR ME IF I CHOOSE THEM. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

DIDN'T FOLLOW UP WITH A QUOTE OR TO INDICATE THAT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THE JOB.

CHRIS HAS BEEN GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE''S ALWAYS VERY PROMPT IN GETTING BACK TO ME AND IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HIS ESTIMATE CAME IN WELL BELOW THAT OF OTHER CONTRACTORS AND I KNOW HIS EXPERTISE TO BE MUCH GREATER. I TRUST HIM AND THE COMPANY.

1.FELT THAT INFORMATION AND CONCERNS WERE NOT BEING PASSED ON TO THE CREW MEMBERS 2. CREW MEMBERS DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER COMPLETING EACH DAY OF WORK 3. EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF BAD LANGUAGE USED BY THE CREW AND THE BOSS 4. NOT TOLD AT TIME OF ESTIMATE OF ALL ITEMS THIS TYPE OF ROOFING JOB COVERED. 5. WAS TOLD AND REASSURED THAT A CITY OF CLEVELAND PERMIT WOULD BE OBTAINED WHEN JOB WAS STARTED. COMPANY DID NOT FULFILL THIS REQUEST. 6. COMPANY CALLED TO INFORM ME OF THE BALANCE DUE, BUT NEVER CALLED TO SAY JOB WAS FINISHED OR ITEMS OF CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED. TENANTS REPORT GUTTER IN FRONT IS STILL LEAKING ON FRONT PORCHES. I HAVE NOT BEEN ON ROOF TO CHECK WORK TO TRAP DOOR, BUT I HAVE ENCLOSED A CHECK FOR $133 OF THE BALANCE $233.00
