Description of Work: Key broke in my lock and I could not get the door open. Bob removed the key, changed the inside of the lock, made me 2 keys. Then he repaired another lock with which I had trouble for years.

Bob was polite and diligent. Worked an hour in a snow storm the night before Thanksgiving to pick the lock before he gave up and drilled it out. Came back four times over the course of a week to repair the 65-year-old Schlage lock so I wouldn't have to buy a new one. Tried to accommodate my schedule. Gouged the entry door while installing the lock. Left sawdust inside when he installed the deadbolt. Gave me tips on how to prolong the life and function of the locks.
Description of Work: Drilled out lock when I was locked out of my house, replaced lock, fixed interior door handle, installed deadbolt on another door.
