Great. Work was first rate.

The job was pretty extensive. I have no complaints so far. They did everything when they said they were going to do it. The owner kept in contact with me whenever there was a delay. The work was quality work.

Pat was friendly, impeccably professional, easy to talk to and solicitous of our likes and dislikes. He consulted with us, examined and measured the properties and returned to present options for both patios and bed designs for both front and back yards of both homes. After we made choices, he created blueprints and useful information about every specimen used. We have since installed nearly all of the design at one home and are beginning the second. When we had a question about where to find a plant, he offered suggestions, and when we later decided we wanted a different plant in one location, he gladly offered alternatives.We were absolutely thrilled with his work; it truly enhances each home's architecture. We only regret that we did not call him years ago and would strongly recommend him to anyone seeking professional advice about their landscape.

We bought a house (corner lot with a 120' fence line) and the existing landscaping was a mess. We had Pat come and do an overall plan for the entire front, back, and sides. It was nice to have a master plan, because due to our budget, 9th Avenue Designs has been doing the installation work in phases. Pat has a lot of experience with design, and he has a lot of knowledge about plants and materials that can be used to create what we wanted to do. We are looking forward to Pat putting in some lighting next. We have worked w/ landscape contractors and "designers" in the past. Until we worked w/ Pat, we didn't realize the value of a registered landscape architect.
