I felt I chose the right products for my needs & likes after she explained all my different options. She wasn’t pushy at all. Installer arrived as scheduled & was very nice. Love my new blinds!

+ -1 moreThe initial appointment went well. The sales person was very well informed and professional and measured my windows very carefully. The installation went very well. The installer was very nice and did a good job installing the blinds and cleaning up. My issue is that the blinds are somewhat difficult to put up and down while keeping the blind level. I have similar blinds from Budget Blinds and have no problems with them. I also found it very annoying that the company e-mailed me asking for feedback after every phone call or interaction.
Description of Work: I needed new blinds for 7 windows. I ordered a large honeycomb style of blind without external cords that can be opened from the top or the bottom.

Right from the beginning from the sales presentation to the installation it was just as they promised. We're happy with the product that they installed. They met all of the deadlines that they set for themselves and again, it was all good. Very professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

Description of Work: I needed blinds that our cat could not destroy. Horizontal blinds were constantly being broken. (She goes crazy whenever she sees another cat through the window and slams the blinds against the glass until they break.) I purchased vertical blinds from 3 Day Blinds last year--I forget the exact date. My cat can't damage them and so I'm happy. The company was professional and I'm totally satisfied with them. I can't remember what I paid for six windows (including a three-window bay), but it was somewhere in the region of twelve hundred dollars.

+ -1 moreThe service was fine. When it came, there was a piece that was broken, so they had to come back and fix that. I would only use them if there was some kind of promotion going on. We had to have the 2 windows done quickly.

+ -1 moreThe problem that we had with the blind was that it was on a door that we open frequently during the day and the plastic attachments at the bottom that were supposed to hold the blind down broke off because they were plastic and so we had problems with that so we decided not to have a blind on that door anymore as the blind swung every time the door was open. They did replace the plastic attachments once but they kept breaking.

Description of Work: I had Roman shades installed in one of my bedrooms. They were very timely and very professional. I wish they had had a better selection of fabric/patterns. The end result is OK, but I'm not thrilled! To the actual date and price, I don't remember, I would have to look it up.
