Description of Work: He came to the house within a few days of our contacting him and walked through the yard getting ideas for his recommendations. He was very personable and said he'd send his plan within two weeks. About two months later, when we hadn't heard from him, I called him and he said he'd get right on it. We have not received any more contact. I want a refund.
