Gave me detailed explanation of what needed to be done, a competitive estimate (I went to two other computer repair guys for estimates), and offered some advice on how to upgrade my computer. He gave me a reasonable timetable as to when the work would be done (two days), and dropped it off at my phone and re-configured it to my printer. I was impressed and he saved me tons of money-- I was ready to buy new and didnt realize my computer only needed a good internal cleaning and an upgrade to get it flush and fast again. Thank you again for your help! Highly recommend!
Description of Work: Upgraded RAM, re-installed software, personal data and anti-virus software. Got it running again faster than when it was purchased new.
