+ -1 moreaWe found a bug in the kitchen and did not know the source and type. We called High Rock and left a message. Within 15 minutes, we received a return call. He came out within the hour and identified the source and provided us with the instruction on how to rid the problem and what preventative measures to take. He was very assuring and put us at ease.
