REALTOR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. INITIALLY SHE GATHERED INFO ON US AS THE BUYER OF A NEW HOME AND THE SELLER OF OUR HOME. SHE REFERRED US TO SEVERAL MORTGAGE COMPANIES AND ASSISTED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF SELLING OUR HOME FROM START TO FINISH. EVEN ONCE WE FOUND A HOUSE TO PURCHASE SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE REAL ESTATE MARKET AND WAS ABLE TO DISCUSS SPECIFIC DETAILS WITH THE OTHER SELLING AGENT. BUYING A HOME IS NOT AN EASY TASK BUT THIS COMPANY'S LEVEL OF EXPERTISE SURELY ASSISTED IN A SMOOTH TRANSITION FOR US.
Description of Work: PROVIDED REAL ESTATE LISTINGS PER OUR SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANIED US TO LOOK AT PROSPECTIVE HOUSES. PULLED COMPARABLE HOMES IN AREA FOR MARKET COMPARISONS.
