AV Remodeling were very professional and had great customer service skills. They also did a great job in putting in our windows and cleaned everything up when they were finish.

The crew was amazing! Even our 19 year old commented on how professional and hard working they were! We couldn't get over how they were able to get so much done in 2 days especially with the snow that came down the morning of the first day! Great company!

Extra things I asked for were done at no additional charge without complaint. I could not believe how fast and perfect the installation went. I hired this company because they were a local company within the greater Cleveland area rather that spend money with an out of state company. True to word, even worked through weekend to finish job, capatalizing on great weather! Impressed by knowledge of crew leader, advised very best way to put best roof on our particular house.

The actual cost was more than estimated as sheeting had to be added once the original shingles were removed which significantly increased the cost which was clearly explained. The cleanup was excellent. The only catch was I did have to ask them to return to replace lightening rods on the ridge lines & trim some shingles on along an upstairs door frame which was promptly done. I was very happy with the work and crew.

I considered another bid, one that was lower, but I chose AV Remodeling. Glad I did. The President called the same day I asked for an estimate. He presented himself as honest and interested in quality. The crew worked hard and professionally. They dealt with a difficult neighbor with respect. All told, job well done. Have already recommended AV to my brother.
